I believe there is another £440k remaining of the original McQ notes to be converted.
Hope you're right. Onwards and upwards, eh?
So potentially look for a drop in sp this Friday when the 80mil shares are admitted? Otherwise it appears decent news. Bring on EA variation of licences approval.
As far as I remember, the £4million financing deal can be repaid either by cash or shares.
Well I am now officially over 50% down on my SIPP with just over 2.65mill shares in that account. Gotta laugh, haven't you as when things do pick up they should bounce quickly.
Mole, because he's speaking ****e.
Mole, I'm not on twitter. Anything interesting coming out?
This then begs another question: how did we all initially hear about TM1? I honestly can't remember how I came across the company. Might have been on one of the online sites through my holding in HZM but I honestly can't remember. Certainly if they were to become more widely known with even a small mention in the financial section of the papers then that could reach a new audience of millions.
One thing which hasn't been recently talked about is the spread price (price difference between buying and selling). That can have a big effect on your costs. Today it is just over 4% difference yet when I purchased a few days ago it was over 9%. Just something else to take into account.
If you're talking about the £4million bank loan then that can be repaid in either cash or shares.
I purchased 5 tranches of £5k yesterday early morning and a single purchase of £2k for our portfolios. I initially tried to purchase £22k in one transaction but had to settle for 5 x £5k etc. It wouldn't let me anywhere near so I had to be patient and break my deal down into smaller bites. I sold some of my HZM shares to fund these plus a cash payment for daughter's JISA. I'd like to think this will go a long way to paying for her Uni degree in a couple of years time. By that time we will hopefully all be more prosperous. Exciting times indeed for such a simple idea ??
Hello mate, wise words indeed. How much of a bagger? Time will tell. Even though I wobbled slightly last week before the RNS, I look at the basic facts of the business (just the recycling side as I see the exploration side as a bit niche and isn't the area which will drive capital growth). You have a load of batteries which need recycling. Who wants those batteries? WE DO! Otherwise they could end up in either landfill or specialist dumps for the ION ones. Does it make sense to dump these batteries? Of course not. Who wants to be first in line to receive these items and recycle them? WE DO AGAIN! One man's trash is another man's treasure. The idea is so simple it's fantastic. Recycle, sell on and then recycle again. As long as the machinery can keep on working and isn't prone to mechanical breakdowns then we are onto a winner here. I purchased just over 1mill last week and am looking to invest again this week for my daughter's JISA and potentially my SIPP. I have re-invested profits from our family portfolios and added a few £grand here and there, otherwise I'm a normal bloke on £33k a year with 6 years left until retirement, who wants to see a substantial return on his investments. EA licences to land covering both factories, start selling recycled materials to our agreed partners, get 100% ownership of Recyclus (it's gone quite on that front however same people are involved there as with TM) and make a few grand from the HALO boxes......once first factories have proven themselves and are shown to be financially viable then we can re-invest and open up more, as the company is looking at 5 of each. I make it sound so simple but remember the old saying about all your eggs in one basket and only invest what you can afford to lose. But it's a blooming exciting time to be involved, and all for under 1.5p a share.
Certainly was a nice end and reassuring (bearing in mind what I was bleating on about a few days ago!!) I stuck my toes back into the market in last 48hrs, purchasing just under 1 million for wife and another 135k for myself. Interesting reading a post earlier on here stating that a substantial amount of traditional batteries had been recycled so far at Tipton. All positive news and amazing what a bit of confidence and comms does for the share price. Have a nice weekend folks.
I know 40 million shares were traded on 1 February and shares dropped from 1.4p to 1.2p. Was that part of a repayment to MacQuarrie Bank for the first tranche of £500k? I apologise if my recent comments have p'd anyone off. I do think the company has a fantastic basic and simple vision to recycle batteries and then expand. The exploration areas don't really interest me. You just have to lose the emotional feelings when you're sitting on paper losses. Who would be an investor?? Thanks again everyone.
Well, I received a reply from Robin Brundle saying he couldn't tell me anything as it may affect the share price. Obviously! He advised me to keep an eye on the website, which we all do. I've replied saying that silence is deadly on AIM shares and could he at least communicate with shareholders with some sort of update. Nothing is helping sp just now. I'll give him a little bit longer but we may have to cut our losses and run soon. I believe in what they are doing and am not a short seller just in case anyone thinks that. Their idea is a good one (recycling more than mining) but lack of comms on a falling share value worries me.
I've just emailed the company asking for an update regarding 100% ownership of Recyclus and anything regarding EA approval for full automation at Tipton. I'm not holding out much hope, but all you can do is ask when your holding runs into seven figures and your paper loss is over 50%.
Good post mate, you speak a lot of sense. I believe in company and what's not to like. However, probably like most of us, the lack of comms now is a worry. Not being able to sell a few shares this week on AJ Bell has also spooked me a bit, but that's small companies for you, I guess.
So, today starts same way as yesterday ended. Looking to sell 38k shares from ISA but cannot deal online with AJ Bell.
I thought they were working in conjunction with a company to source batteries across the UK (heard on a podcast last year as I remember) plus there was a deadline a few weeks back for other companies to bid for the recycled materials. You would hope that the total weight of lead batteries recycled is now in excess of the 18 tonnes recently publicised. Lack of comms just now does worry me however I hope things are progressing.
Newinvestments, you're starting to sound almost like a troll to be honest. Or a short-seller. Your only holding on your account name is TM1. If you have anything solid to say then please tell us rather than simple negativity. Put a bit of meat onto your comments! Otherwise wheesht as we say in Scotland.
