Sold my TUN holdings this afternoon to reinvest here. Made 65% profit in TUN in 3 weeks but missed out on recent 18p issue. Now hold just under 250k SML. Holding for the medium term (retirement) and go from there.

So looks like offer has closed early. No msge had come to my AJ Bell but they emailed me at 0958hrs this morning. Trouble is I cannot access emails at work due to some security restriction in place whereas I have to verify my account! I've missed out on it. Feckers! Oh well, sh.it happens.

Interesting points you raise and valid. Some people are optimistic on here and others not so much. We are all awaiting positive news which "should" move the sp northwards. Reading valid concerns and opinions forms the basis for a sensible shareholder narrative in this group instead of the typical ramping up or down comments. I sold out of my daughter's LISA yesterday completely to reinvest in BRES. I'll then add to her account on 6 April - all to go towards her purchasing her first house post University etc. ALRT grabbed people's excitement initially however the sp is slowly drifting downwards with no news. Announcement of the new Chf Exec will hopefully give it a boost but contract news is what we are waiting for.

Bought into SML this morning and sold out of OMI. TUN also motoring along nicely since purchasing last week (up 40% already). Speculative but exciting, especially with the positive RNS they released this week regarding estimates etc. Hopefully a good news British commodity story if and when funding secured!

Morning all. Just entered the party here and purchased £900 worth of stock. Sold my OMI to fund it. Vast majority of my portfolio is now natural resources with exception of ALRT. Last week I bought into TUN and already 40% up. Lets see what happens here.

Warrie, EME have been a real roller coaster investment. Last couple of days have been spectacular (continuing today) but I invested a grand last year and quickly lost 50%. Regarding ALRT, I guess we're all waiting on the news we hope for. Contract(s), new Chf Exec. Come July if the sp is still below tuppence then I reckon many of us will sell and move on. Proof of pudding is always in the eating.

Nice one Jonesey! Apologies if I came across as abrupt but we do get new posters on here, spouting rubbish and vlaiming all sorts of guff! I've around 250k BRES in both SIPP & ISA and they released another positive RNS today but have been caught up in the metals sell-off. My TUN is well up today but more speculative. Take care anyway and let's see what 2026 brings.

Just heard on the news that W Mids cops are going to be banning AI tools. This is due to the decision making when Maccabi Tel Aviv was due to play Villa. Hopefully Gloucestershire Constabulary have a better experience than their Brummie rivals.

Just topped up SIPP with tax relief and 8k+ shares. Paid just a smidge over 8p. Moving north nicely.

That was NATO countries coming to America's assistance. I was RAF from 1987 til 2002 and was involved in Gulf War 1, Balkan conflict and Kosovo conflict. I missed Gulf War 2 by 3 months! Trump is an idiot and is surrounded by fellow idiots. He's never served a day in armed forces uniform. He has no grasp of history and is a liability. What does Putin "have on him" to make him so pro-Russia??? Biden acted anti-British at times, due to his Irish roots. Maybe we need to burn the White House again like in 1812, eh??

HB, I've now opened an IG trading account and are going to transfer my ISA & SIPP to them. Today, AJB just messed me around too much and they looked amateurish to be honest. I haven't huge portfolios anyway (£40k total) but will leave rest of my family's with them as they only invest / trade on an infrequent basis. Onwards and upwards I guess. Bought more BRES with cash today anyway so now hold short of 250k shares split across both accounts. They're primed to move northwards so they say and have a target of 33p. Currently just below 8p.
