James (finance director) suggested in November, whilst on a Proactive interview, that the cash could be reinvested into new areas of interest / licences. I immediately emailed him cautioning against this and agree with Chain that debt should be paid down/ off and/ or Atlas paid off. No-one knows how they will spend the cash. Only time will reveal that.

your point about not trusting the board is completely acceptable and correct. this is one thing we agree on. what winds us up is your constant negativity and bleating (have you met my wife by the way??) i own multiples of the shares you own and have lost multiples of what you have lost. trust me, however it's not worth me selling. have i even thought about buying at these crazy prices to get my abp down? yes but you can throw good money after bad. my abp is 1.47p. the only way i'll see a positive return on that is when we get rid of the crap funding and an amalgamation between tm1 and rg1 takes place however that is a long way away (but i have 4 years left until retirement). i rarely post here nowadays as it's not worth it but i am a lth with a significant amount invested. do us a favour and pipe things down as all i ever read are the same 5 or 6 people commenting and mostly speaking ****. we know the board are useless but they are too arrogant to see it themselves. anything to save recyclus (certainly at the expense of tech min).

Big boys games big boys rules as they say. Nice to see Seagulls and Doc Runner back commenting today. A lovely RNS to start the week but we need more and the board know what they have to deliver. I owned these shares years ago and sold at £9 to fund purchase of replacement car for wife. They went up to £16 eventually. Sister used to work for them (25 years) in their Aberdeen office but once they lost their North Sea contract they got rid of her with no reference to her many loyal years of service (she even spent a week out on a rig). I'm looking at possibly buying again but thinking of holding until later on Q1 / Q2 when sp could potentially drop a lot more. Worth a punt with an initial £500 investment?

Some folk appear to be selling today. No surprise. Any share price jump will see this occur. Absolutely to be expected. LTHs will retain their holdings (such as myself) . Interesting to note on the "50 tonnes per month to India" posting the board indicates that they are opting to keep their options open regarding further agreements so hopefully more recipients to be named in coming weeks and months, as long as we can get the feedstock we need. A great start today as I said earlier. Onwards and upwards and hopefully this starts to build the belief and momentum we are all hoping for (apart from the doomsters still here who have nowt better to do.)

I would have thought hhat the dropping of the Bill would have had a positive effect on the sp. Labour apparently supported the legislation but they'll probably change their minds on that too. Who knows?

i previously owned phe and you're absolutely correct about them being a bag o' ****e with numerous management changes in last couple of years. but a couple pieces of positive news regarding patents and deals in ireland have transformed the sp. up over 50% this morning. things can change for sure.
