I too want to get optimistic. However we will need to see what BJ 10 point plant covers for renewables.

I think if tidal is there then it will be well down the pecking order.

The main bits I think will relate to wind.
I also think it will be aimed at vehicle transformation to hydrogen as well as household electrics.

The big game changer somewhere in there for me is batteries and carbon capture to allow the energy to be retained for use on the grid when required.

I personally think that S Gupta is linking Greener Steel (Hydrogen revolution) by changing the melting process at blast and other furnaces. I assume that there will also be capture at these plant to reuse the energy.

May even go as far as an Uskmouth type plant or similar powering the high energy intensive steel production plants with capture back to the grid.

The Meygen project and more importantly the Scottish potential for tidal and hydro power to me is exciting but the CFD pots need to have tidal.

That will be the big game changer.??

My hunch is that there maybe a price hike shortly.

Also as a side note. Is there a way to keep a core chat that assists anyone new and also others to find things in the simplest way. Chats are being created at a rate of 3or 4 day and the number of chats is astronomical.
This just creates confusion and takes lots of time for people to find essential information.

Thought at 1 point the shares would go up further. Maybe the vaccine news has prompted buyers to dip into other markets via all the speculation.
Also this SAE chat seems to be going down every day for longer periods now.

It is hard to believe that the shares were above 30p a couple of months ago. All the indicators are positive so the MM are putting a negative spin on things.

Still think long term wise a very good outlook.
Also my own opinion that short term apart from Uskmouth the US election will be important. A Biden win is very positive for renewable energy in the US.

It does say anticipated, which I presume is open to whatever the new dictate to satisfy environmental requirements.
It would be nice and also positive for SAE to comment positively on the current Uskmouth project and timings.
Also if there was more Comms on tidal energy and current projects that are showing the excellent results as we expect.

Also Mr Gupta has a very well thought out global plan for greener steel and energy and they all link Together.
From what I have read here and on other forums it is not if the Uskmouth permit is sanctioned, but when. It makes sense for any authoritive body to do the checks for any innovative process. I am also sure that SAE are aware of this and have plans in place to ensure the correct collaboration and solutions are reached with ensuring this goes through.
