They have publicly stated their intent to get the take rate down to 0.10% eventually (with cost being approx 0.05%).

It's a deliberate strategy to reduce transaction costs for customers rather than hold at a constant take rate. Profits from transaction volume are therefore likely to be capped at low to modest growth.

I think they'll probably be trying to reduce debt so that it still looks a sensible amount relative to reduced EBITDA.

So Harwood were the institutional buyer, they have a (generally) good track record in UK small caps.

There were some huge blocks of shares traded today. Must be institutional. Looked to be > £9m when I checked around lunchtime.

In theory Q1 should be okay given that the AFD changes only came into effect at the beginning of Q2. The bulk of the tariffs nonsense only really kicked in Q2 as well, which you'd imagine may impact the comparison division.

Being already 2/3 of the way through Q2 they must have a decent idea now about how things are shaping up.

Bit frustrating that they haven't been buying back shares at lower prices for no real reason...

If there is concrete interest in a third party acquiring the company then management *should* be informing the market.

No strong opinion but think they could be in for a tough 6 months. Yet to see the impact of tariffs on SMEs and multinationals, but spend on branded products is effectively discretionary.

He and the CFO never seem particularly comfortable. They don't have the slick, polished, confident presentation style that you would expect for management of a company this size.

Can't see any direct impact but obviously the advertising sector in general would suffer in a US/global recession.

Agree that they should continue BBs without delaying till the AGM.

This whole US tariffs situation could be resolved with a couple of drunken tweets, so the window of highly depressed share prices might be relatively short.

What are you using to track the app downloads data? Does it have historical info?

What do we think of a better indicator, downloads or segregated funds?

Another chunky BB yesterday. We're going to hit the limit of the current authorisation soon. Will be a bit annoying if they wait till the AGM to get a new one in place.

Does it actually need shareholder approval?

My main concern has always been that they may delist, given the cost of maintaining an aim listing, but at least they seemed to suggest that's not under consideration in this most recent call.

Thought the reference to potentially larger acquisitions was interesting, any idea what that might look like in terms of a potential target?
