On 11 Oct 2020 they submitted
Consolidated accounts of parent company for subsidiary company period ending 30/09/19
Which contains the required information and implies a going concern for the subsidiary.
Even if the assets of the subsidiary were in that period to be written down or transferred to another company/subsidiary, they would still need to send the final accounts for that subsidiary, then request a dissolution.
They just need to chaise or resubmit two missing documents:
Audit exemption subsidiary accounts made up to 30 September 2019
Audit exemption statement of guarantee by parent company for period ending 30/09/19
This is probably a Covid 19, staff not being in their office thing.
The number of missed documents/transactions/appointments in general must be colossal.
I imagine there are lots of telephones ringing unanswered, and emails parked unread on servers this year.
But even when there are no people about, the computer can still automatically generate an advisory warning message that an expected document has not been received within the permitted time frame.
They have a huge backlog, but they have resumed meetings.

Part of the purpose of protest action is to get social media and press coverage, of the event, of arrests, of court cases.
By having the court case removed they have had the head cut from that poppy.
The public are less interested in their nonsense, like the first Sunday evening of each month gate protest gets no coverage.

Alkaline fuel cells consume hydrogen and pure oxygen, to produce potable water, heat, and electricity.
Pity there isn't a local supplier of hydrogen.
Clearly having the newest most accurate and reliable 3D seismic data to look at before spending money on drilling the Chikumbi-1 well is sound pragmatic thinking. It is the way a business should be run it increases the probability of a safe, successful and profitable well.
The SCIR RNS had better detail.

I don't think that there is a public link to view the hearing as a live stream.
When a link exists they normallly put it up next to the listings details.
A court reporter has got access to the hearing and may tweet the odd update (but keeps most of it for the article she submits to a newspaper at the end of the day)

StockVirgin82,
Are you talking about the DRAX hearing which had 3 Judges?

Or the hearing for applicatoin of JR with Finch v Surrey County Council?
If the latter how did you view it?

REMOTE VIDEO CONFERENCE HEARING
Before MR JUSTICE HOLGATE
Tuesday 17 November, 2020
At a quarter past 10
FOR HEARING
CO/4441/2019The Queen on the application of Finch v Surrey County Council
Which seems to have lasted less than 15 minutes and was probably not broadcast, as no link to video shown.
The counsel for the claimant Ms Finch, would be in trouble, if the Judge sees no improvement in the quality of the case presented and rejected on two previous occasions.
The use of the threat of taking someone to court, as part of a cynical process of delay or harassment or as a venue for irrelevant green preaching, in an ongoing dispute is frowned upon.
Only valid cases that have genuine legal merit should benefit from consideration before the courts.
With cuts to funding and Covid 19 pressures, the court's scarce resources should not be squandered.
Unless Rowan Smith, solicitor for Ms Finch, pulls a new and meaty rabbit out of the hat, he might find himself in hot water.
I see the Judge is not happy to see weak cases being presented to the court or withdrawn or settled at the last minute, as this wastes the court’s resources.

It will be interesting to see how strong the case made by the claimant is, when the same claim was rejected on 24-12-2019 and 13-02-2020. Reasons given for previous rejections can be seen in section 209 through to 217 in this Dunsfold planning application document dated 29-06-2020 .

The RNS says that a
"hearing will be held via videoconference from the Planning Court of the Royal Courts of Justice, London."
There is a contact telephone for Planning Court General enquiries (London)

The link to Upcoming hearings listings, do not seem to show the expected information, possibly due to covid disruption of workload.
If they were going to make the hearing viewable to the public via live broadcast video, I think that they would have stuck up a link somewhere.
Perhaps as it is a brief application hearing rather than a detailed case hearing they don't consider it to have much of a box office appeal to the public.

Judging by volume in early June most of the debt conversion @ 0.0075p and some of the placing shares @ 0.0115p were cleared.
Maybe still some placing shares @ 0.0115p left to be sold off into the market ?
But with current high volume those could be cleared quickly.
Then it would just be the guess as to what Helium One is worth.
Damage caused by a lorry would be covered by the vehicle owners insurance, not the last customer they delivered to.
Although it is more likey that the highway dept would cover it as part of normal wear and tear.
The same applies to parcel deliver/collection vans.
If van working for Amazon bumped into a bollard after collecting a faulty best of Tammy Wynette CD from you, the bill for repairing the bollard would not be sent to you.
This won't stop the XR muppets wetting their knickers with glee at this non-story.
