Although this story is about exploration in another block, it does confirm that as of yesterday they were still in the reviewing contracts stage of the (PSA) review, and have been delaying decisions about exploration.

"...However, Mr Byabato said the government had not auctioned the block since 2017 because the review of contracts in the extractive industry was ongoing.
“Now that the review has almost completed, the government is ready to move ahead with the process to allow exploration. I can assure that the government is in the final stages to prepare the Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) review report and there after we can issue tender for the block,” said Mr Byabato. .."

Have updated their partners banner at the bottom of the page to remove most of the exploration companies including AEX.
CynderLad,
"2) do you really see O&G on a miniscule level (i.e. 90 bopd) as being essential to the UK economy?"
UKOG on its own is not essential, but the industry of which it is a part is essential to the UK economy.
It is better to have a number of large and small companies in a sector rather than trusting one giant company.
Any company including UKOG that is producing from the UK for the needs of the UK is better than just importing that need from abroad, better for jobs better for tax income, better for the environment (redudes global CO2 emissions).
Companies like UKOG are in reality a force for environmental good whereas "keep it in the ground" protestors cause increases in pollution.
As the main cause of manmade climate change is human overpopulation, the best thing that can be done for future generations is an end of religions and political groups that seek to ban contraception and abortion, an end of governments and businesses promoting "growth is good", the absurd idea that having more children should be subsidised.
Any person #A can include a link to a tweet from person #B.
Person #A posting a link to a tweet from person #B, is not evidence that the poster #A is the same person as the original tweeter #B.
Adrian might submit responses to planning consultations every day of the week, or he might never have submit one.
Just because a submission included a link to one of his tweets does not mean he was the author of that submission.
I could post a link to a tweet from @MadamPratolungo but it would not mean that I was Ms Finch.
I could say that both nomlungu here and MadamPratolungo on twitter have consistantly negative views on UKOG and similar name endings but that is not proof that nomlungu is Ms Finch.
I am aware of a variety of aliases on here and twitter that have similar hoof prints.
Ibug your reasoning is flawed.
If I post with a link to one of Adrian's tweets
https://www.twipu.com/Adrianwfire/tweet/1196182469801906176
it does not mean that I am Adrian.
When at 10:44 (or on other occasions) you Ibug posted a link to one of Adrian's tweets, it does not mean that you are Adrian.
If someone includes a link to one of Adrian's tweets in a public consultation submission, it does not mean that they are Adrian.
Due to the huge uncertainty on timing of announcements of decisions regarding permits and planning there is no benefit to a medium/long term trend trader such as Adrian in contributing positively or negatively to a public consultation. The decision and result on the shareprice may arrive at a time when it works against his current trade position. The only people that contribute to such public consultations are those that stick to and hold for years their point of view on the issue.
HE1 have commenced its second 2D Seismic Campaign consisting of approximately 200 line kilometres in Rukwa Tanzania, ahead of the wet season. They are using one of the seismic teams from AGS (the same firm that AEX will be using) .

This explains the reason for recent visitors, but will the refinery be locked into only using ME oil imports?
Or could Tanz feed it with oil from Uganda or any oil produced in Tanz?
The Tanz govs actions to keep the fuel prices down will also help the costs of businesses operating there.

Perhaps they should delay it a few weeks.
Those not ill or trudging around empty supermarkets or in traffic queues to the airport, might still enjoy bidding for Altyn's bond sale.

"..Shops, restaurants and schools have shut in Moscow in a partial lockdown, as Russia battles record Covid deaths and infections.
Only essential shops like supermarkets and pharmacies are allowed to open in the capital, while food outlets are only providing takeaways.
Authorities have also given workers across Russia nine days off from Saturday in a bid to curb infections. .."
"..Faced with this partial lockdown between 30 October and 9 November, many Russians have decided to go on holiday. ..."

"......Some thermal plants were designed to use heavy fuel oil and LNG, making it easy to switch, according to Kiva. Kenya expects to get gas from Tanzania once a planned pipeline is built. .."
The bond status is still "planned", the last news was that placing/bookbuilding would start in October.
Normally you would expect the PR machine to be turned up to max. including RNSs advertising each step in the bond issue timetable. But this is Altyn, so I would not be surprised if day one of the bond placing starts without any RNS.
Although the Moscow bond market is open, some parts of the country have recently shutdown to slow the spread of the virus. Russia have a low level of vaccination and are now suffering a renewed rise in their reported death rates.

It will have negligible effect to road traffic, and will be much less than that caused by tourists.
Tourism is the selfish and unnecessary travelling and excess consumption of humans, it is very bad for the environment.
Yet IOW councillors like the money from tourism so much that they are happy to forget about the environment.
The uk uses more oil and gas than it extracts and will do for years to come. The imported oil and gas has a higher global carbon footprint than locally produced.
If you are concerned with the environment to reduce global carbon emissions support should be given to local production.
".....Environmental group Greenpeace has lost its case against the UK government over a North Sea oil field permit.
Permission to drill the Vorlich site off Aberdeen was given to BP in 2018.
Greenpeace argued in Scotland's highest civil court there had been "a myriad of failures in the public consultation" and the permit did not consider the climate impacts of burning fossil fuels.
The Court of Session ruling means operations will continue at the field. ........"
