Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
The emergency planners will be busy.

Eyes are elsewhere, Unpredictable but could be some disruptive flooding next week, Severe Tropical Storm heading towards Mtwara and Rukwa.

If you use the chart and put SCIR in the compare field
https://www.londonstockexchange.com/stock/AEX/aminex-plc/company-page
then you can see that the small Feb rise has gone and the recent AEX rise has not yet resulted in a rise for SCIR.
If you assume that the drilling of CH1 is ok and the project goes into production at which point both AEX aand SCIR sell all their holding in the Ruvuma PSA for part cash and part deferred sales income , then both AEX andSCIR today are at least half priced . Then you would have to add on a bit for the future value of production to the sales price, which depends on the buyer.
If SCIR wish to hold rather than sell asap, then they will need to raise just enough funds to cover the costs for the work done while they are holding. As the project is moving forward now under APT it should be easier for a funder to have confidence in the value of the project.
Both companies should be in line for steady upward re-valuations in the coming months.
Looking at volume currently for AEX for every 1 share sold , 1.6 are bought and the share price is up 13%
Looking at volume currently for SCIR for every 1 share sold , 5.1 are bought and the share price is unchanged so far.
Still a while to wait for the drill which will give time for SCIR to catchup with AEX's lead shareprice wise.
mrc_mrc_mrc_mrd,
You asked with regard to the change in HE1's share price-
"How much has that wiped off SCIR value?"
The answer is it has had no change to SCIR's value.
The ripples on the water do not change the average depth of the pool.

HE1 were never trying to be first movers. Their thing is that they are not bound to hydrocarbons like all the others. That gives added flexibility.
They have been (like other companies) somewhat delayed by the speed at which the Tanz gov moved. But they are in a forward moving gear now. It will be drilling time shortly.
The short term traders having sold are now talking the share down before they buy back in for the next trade;-)

The Suez canal blockage raises the question of where and how any Helium found might be transported.
Also how far the first stage of road travel is.
As there is an existing coal mine in Rukwa the local roads are sturdy, as are all the road routes to the ports.
By road tanker from Rukwa to the nearest sea-port at Da es Salaam, is approx 570 miles.
By road tanker from Rukwa to another sea-port at Mtwara, is approx 690 miles.
By road tanker from Rukwa to Songwe Airport near Mbeya, is approx 100 miles. (and yes they do handle cargo)
By airship from Rukwa , is approx zero miles. (this would be more useful for well sites that were not near good roads. For nearby countries this would be quicker than shipping by road then sea).
https://www.aircargonews.net/technology/hybrid-airships-to-take-to-the-air-with-helium-one/
By helicoptor or sea-plane from lake Rukwa , is approx zero miles.

Page 26 onward show locations of Helium refineries and transport containers.
I see people are trying to talk down shares again.
The death of the Tanz president has not affected the share price of SCIR, AEX or HE1 they are all unchanged.
If commercial volumes of Helium are found in the upcoming drilling then the path to selling it is quick and cheap.
Existing compressor units as used for extracting helium from natural gas wells are a basic and simple bit of kit.
The 90% of other gases are liquified then vented away. The remaining helium is further compressed into liqiud crude helium. The crude helium is pumped into liquid gas containers and driven by road to the port, where it is then shipped to the buyer who refines or blends it for the end user.
A refinery to produce pure grade helium would not need to be built in Tanz, just as a food processing factory does not need to be built next to every field of potatoes.
Policing Bill -The most important stage was passed yesterday.
"...Following two days of debates on the contentious proposals, MPs voted by 359 to 263 to pass the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill at second reading ..."
Thankfully the sane majority of Uk citizens are being represented by a government who is now re-balancing the right to protest with the right of people not to be harrassed by certain types of unlawful protest action.
Whether the police will apply the revised law when it eventually is finally passed is another matter.
Still some stages to go
Committee stage
Report stage
Third reading
Approving text stage

The comment from ISLAND ROADS dated 08-03-2021 does not add new conditions to the planning application. It merely clarifies the requirements as the process of communication evolves into a more detailed, understood and accepted phase.
They had always required reassurance of various matters such as rainwater or mud not coming off the access road onto the main road, and vehicles being able to move fully off of the main road onto the access road without causing delay to traffic on the main road. It is all perfectly normal and proper for a planning application, and the roads authority would not be doing their job properly if they did not react to more detailled information becoming available by revising in writing their understanding and expectation of what is required to occur.

The minor fault running SW-NE ends and is open at its SW point, meaning that any fluids could eventually flow around that end point if the permeability of rock allows. So water injection at HH-2z could maintain pressure for production at HH-1. It might even nudge any oil between HH-1 and HH-2 towards HH-1 to add to its production. Though it would be quicker to drill an infill well to grab oil from that area rather than wait for it to migrate to the HH-1 wellbore.
I don't know anything about Kalkine, but they kindly included AltynGold ALTN in their top five gold picks for 2021.

They mention AltynGold's good production increase from the Q3 period, so they must have made their video just before the even better production figures for the Q4 period were released on 1st February.

This should help spread the word to more serious investors of this gold miner as it proceeds along its production and exploration expansion paths.

95.2% of the properties in the area have a mains gas connection.
The Zoopla energy cost estimate implies for a property of that size it is heated by gas.
Of course she might not use the mains gas, but instead have roof and garden full of solar panels?
