I was going through old tweets and came across the one I was looking for. On July 11 W2T tweeted in response to one of my tweets that they hope to file the planning application soon. I have not had a reply from them since. Has anyoone had a recent tweet from W2T with any news?

bilboburgler - As I said on another board it would be intereting to see if he vetos the bill.

Piltick - In relation to your 10.02 post. The only issue would be cost as PHE could produce Hydrogen at about half the cost of ITM. It would be interesting how that factors in.

Sharesport - Thanks for this. I hope that great Climatologist Donald Trump doe not veto this bill. This might see ITM Power going head to head with PHE. If that happens I wonder who would win through?

Ledzep - In reply to your 14.27 post I cannot know recall why i got the September date from.

LedZep - The two months delay comes from previous comments that the first plant would be commissioned around September.

If we have not had confirmation that the planning application has not been submitted before the AGM then I am currently minded to ask whether when the current agreement with W2T comes up for review it can be terminated and replaced with a non exclusive agreement.

Yellowf1 - further to your post of 08.11 to allow me to properly evaluate what you say and what weight to give to your views can you please clarify your motivation in posting on here. If I recall you have previosly stated that you are not invested and do not intend to invest. Granted in that same post you said that you would not be posting on here as well. While there are reasons why somebody who is not currently invested in a company would post on a form for that company. This is something that i have done. As your post tend to the negaive viewpoint can I ask the rationale behind your posts?

Newboy58 - In relation to that contract you are possibly correct. However, they may have been doing of things in relation to other possible work. I am thinking of trials on feedstock.

Kenny100 - Thanks for that hopefully another opportunity like that comes along soon. I would prefer it to happen week after next when my diary is clear so I can take advantage.

yellowf1 - Thank you for your 19.06 post of yesterday I note that you have moved from saying it is not financially viable to questioning the amount of electricity that it can produce. I observe that while you are willing to accept PHE's CAPEX figure you are not willing to accept the power outtage figure from them. With all due respect to you I am willing to accept the figures from the company on power generation.
