I will do a full write up and upload this later but the highlights for me.

PHE have been able to increase the capacity of the DMG unit so that all the units being made under the Peel Cooperation agreement will be 35TPD machines. I did ask what the amount of electricity would be DR would not commit as this would be dependent on the feedstock.

PHE are in discussions with a major developer in South Wales.

The Peel agreement is in addition to the 24 customers mentioned in the last proactive interview. The 24 customers are all in the UK. They comprise 8 Blue Chip Recyclers, 6 Independent Recyclers and 10 site owners.

The agreement with the the Spainish recycler may be similar to the Peel agreement.

Jabberba - I take it he has read or seen the BEIS consultation

BumbleB - He can answer that questio more authoratively than me if he wishes but I believe that he may have spoken to people in Scotland as a shareholder.

Vanheka - In relation to the UK I know that Telpehoneman has done some promoting and PHE have tried to engage the government. So far there has been more interest from the Japanese Government. Having said that there is a consultation being run by BEIS in relation to CCSU that mentions Hydrogen.

Another question is how is the £130m made up. As a power only DMG unit is £7m then assuming that each site has one unit then would come to £77m for the units leaving £53m for something else.

elrico - I think ypu posted this on the wrog board. That said some of hat you say may apply to PHE

The MCap must be due a correction soon it is now less than the projected revenue from the Peel contract. If we assume that half the contract value is going to PHE then you have a £65m contract giving a value on a P/E ratio of 10 of £650m but with a MCap of £9m. I think I will be spending he next two or three months increasing my holding.

Jabberba - Hopefully this would not lead to any significant dilution. Ideally I would prefer investors who purchase DMG units or take non equity security.
