Lottie123 ref you update I agree with everything you say it marches my recollection. I would only add that when I put to JW about the apparent link between contract RNSs and placings as well as the view that HARL is being operated as a pump and dump operation his response was revealing. On the point of RNSs he reiterated his point that he cannot give daily updates. He also pointed out that HARL currently has 100 NDAs currently. On the timing he said that this was due to advice from the NOMAD. On this last point I note that the NOMAD benefits from the placings so I am not sure how independent this advice is.

Having listened to what was said as well as what was not said I am confident to hold for the next six months which will take us to the interims. On BlairPeach's recent point that JW and AR may not still be there by then my impression is that they maintain the confidence of the Board so will not be replaced.

Iamsailing ref 11.56 post It is not so much being a true believer it is that I look at the objective facts. Also I do not accept everything the BoD says as gospel. Looking at the amount of work that has gone through Belfast so far in Q4 alone is suggestive of an uptick in business. This combined with the award of the Scotwind leases next year and the previous Crown Estate leases which both have significant local content requirements gives a degree of confidence that cash breakeven on an ongoing basis is possible without any need for creative counting.

Iamsailing ref 07.00 post I would be interested in an elaboration of this suggestion. The noted uptick in business during Q4 to date does not in my opinion support your suggestion. No information has been given other than in broker's notes from Cenkos of the value of the works done on the various vessels that have been repaired. In addition there is the revenue from fabrication contracts. I therefore do not see that any creative accounting would be needed to reach cash breakeven on an on-going basis by year end. My view is that cash breakeven in 2021 is possible but not certain due to the lack of visibility on Q4 earnings.

BlairPeach ref 16.28 post as far as IslandMagee is concerned I would expect that HARL are working through the conditions precedent that were attached to the Marine License. If I recall correctly there is one condition which would prevent any work recovered by the Marine License starting for six months at a minimum.

Chrisatrdg ref 15.21 post There are two tenders on which news is expected this month. That said I doubt if either goes to HARL I would not expect much more than a muted response as the market will expect another placing. My view and it is one I will be expressing tomorrow if I get the chance is that HARL will need to work to recover both the confidence of shareholders and move away from only giving contract RNSs just before a placing as it is fst getting a reputation of being nothing more than a pump and dump operation.

We are scheduled to have the changing of Seatruck vessels tomorrow with Seatruck Power leaving at 12.00 and Seatruck Performance arriving at 14.17 with a scheduled departure of 14.00 on the 17 December. This arks the completion of the three ship deal mentioned by JW.

oldtramp ref 15.10 post query what is the fabrication contract at Belfast. The post says 'That's all four of our sites delivering on commercial projects.' I do not recall anything being said about any fabrication contracts at Belfast. Unless the commercial project at Belfast is just referring to ship repair work.

Chrisatrdg ref 10.48 I am not going to support the Board regardless. These continual placings mean that most shareholders who have held shares for more than 12 months are likely to be holding significant losses. The practice of only issuing contract RNSs when a placing is planned is not going to help in getting the share price moving towards a price that properly reflects fair value. If the Board wants shareholders support it has to be earned. As far as I am concerned that is a work in progress.

ban4118 ref 10.17 post I will consider it depends on the question. I was going to ask how the board are going to regain the trust of shareholders after saying at investor events that there will not be a placing then having a placing or something along those lines. I am also thinking of asking if they had a terms sheet for a debt credit facility why was a placing necessary. Is there anything else you want asked.

oldtramp ref 09.48 post what are the two at Appledore you are thinking of. There is the pontoon for the RNLI. I would not count the Entsha as a fabrication contract as it is more a conversion project with parts having to be fabricated at Appledore. If I am right that is two unknown fabrication contracts.

Going into Friday's meeting I wonder how much of a concern it would be to the BoD that for the second time existing shareholders have not taken up all the shares available. While some may have bought shares in the placing. In the case of both the last open offer and the Primarybid offer existing shareholders have not been falling over themselves to buy more shares. For it to happen once is not a concern but twice I would be concerned.

oldtramp ref 14.53 post I cross checked on the Belfast Harbour website and it is berthed in ST2 until Tuesday so does not look like it has anything to do with HARL

There are two reasons for this. Firstly, in the absence of any news from the management it provides an indication of whether HARL is generating any income. So far this quarter the indication is that business is ticking up this will eventually feed through to proof of whether the company is viable. I note that one of the ships in dock at the moment has come all the way from New Orleans so this together with the earlier visit from Dorset Spirit gives hope that larger contracts will be forthcoming. Secondly, it encourages JW not to make claims about the amount of business being done at Belfast. He cannot say that x number of ships will be going through Belfast unless he is sure of this as if he does and they do not he can be called out on it by shareholders.
