Agree rk. No one knows what the funding is for but fund raising has been confirmed. Personally I’ve sold about 2/3 my holding now since the rumours. Bit peeved cause could have sold for more. I will buy back in but only once funding details clear. Wouldn’t surprise me if deal is done at prices sub 1p (mates rates) off back of fall. Now good news to suck in PIs then the placing news. At this level we’ll be quids in IF HH pays off anycase.

Agree with what your saying cyan but to our detriment SS is a man of few words. Doesnt mean it ain’t true. Could be looking to get YA out of the picture before EWT. Can’t beliwve the 10mill is close to burnt.

There will be support here at 1p. UKOG should be able to fundraise given the potential of HH but honestly where has the 10 mill gone? Is the fundraise partially to pay off YA and actually we still have much of the fund left??. sold half my holding this morning at 1.22 on the rumours of a placing. I may well increase again but will await placing details. fkin up BB has cost this company and its shareholders dearly. hope after all the dilution HH is a blockbuster and us PIs can see some money back on our investment.

in that case as many others have eluded to ... WHY NOW? get on with the fkin EWT then include HH number in a CPR. something is going on in the background and I believe UKOGs hand is being forced.

I believe the two are connected. my theory is that the OGA are reluctant to grant the EWT while UKOG are an investment company. hence the CPR and reference to becoming an operator. A theory perhaps someone with more knowledge of how the OGA operate will comment?
