Personally I find it highly encouraging that a loan company whose M.O would be to offload and run choose to hold even when the S.P. was >11p and still hold. They are holding for bigger returns, rare for loan co.

oh please. they set out what they are gonna do and are getting on with it .... the eyes on the ground tell us that much. they're not over there baking a fkin cake. The next rns will likely confirm the HH is commercial. whist I concede that probably wont be tomorrow it could come very soon. when it does no telling where this will stop

Bergen selling is very predictable. What’s not so sure if how far they have to go. BIG bounce on tr1 IMO.

also think they might still be holding a sizable number. not the modus operandi I would expect from Bergen but fact is the only day where the volume was large enough for them to offload a meaningful portion of their holding was last Wednesday and if that was the case we would have had the TR1 by now. At that time they could have offloaded for 11p + now we are down at 8.5. There's very chance they are holding for bigger gains now IMO.

is it just me or is that quite a measly discount?

3 trade days from Wednesday have passed. This is what I’m saying.

We have to assume that Bergen still hold all or least a significant number of shares. Why? Wednesday was the only day where the volume was significant enough too offload the large numbers they would need to reduce below 3%. Either way I see it as a positive either Bergen are out or holding for larger gains given they could have sold out for 11p can see the trend reversing tomorrow. We’ll see.

Penguins. I think it’s fair that we cannot know 100% what is happening but I also think that given the info we have it’s highly likely that they are further perforating Portland to maximise glow using the larger pump. I don’t believe they have moved onto kimneridge IMHO. We seem to be building a base around 1.9p now. Pretty happy with that pre news. I would say that with an mcap around 100 million the market is expecting some success here. Sure we will tick up if Portland proves commercial but any big rerare will come with the kimmeridge testing.

website out of date the tr1 is telling us they went from <3% to >3% in fact 14% (14 point whatever)

must admit I read that incorrectly, Yes this is the shares issued on the 8th. They owned 14% as of the 8th. We don't know if they sold any yet. we would have to wait for that tr1 to state they had crossed below 3%

excuse my ignorance. they have changed to a bigger pump. why is there a need to perforate the casing if the well has already flowed? I'm assuming it was necessary to seal the well to change pump?

Bang on... not very exciting though is it? Who exercised the warrants? Could be a good sign they do it now.

i'm not saying we should be a whole lot higher, my point is the volume is just not there for Bergen to be offloading the last couple days. Either they forward sold/ offloaded Wednesday or still hold a substantial number of shares.

I'm just not seeing the volumes / trades for that to be the case. I think most / if not all were forward sold and flipped Wednesday. There's no apparent reason for this to have fallen the last couple days. Buys outnumbering sells yesterday and today. not much volume today due to worries about Bergen but hopefully a TR1 Monday will confirm they're gone! load up load up IMO.

Indicated and we get a 8% drop. nothing but blue from 1500 onwards and no upward movement. Price was manipulated today. if I was a betting man - which I am - I'd say were going north tomorrow.
