Matad are still relying on the Petro China storage facility.

Me thinks if Matad can't get that Export Signature, then it means future sales will probably have to go through Petrol China.

Petro China could charge a hefty fee for that.

We shall see.

If it was easy then why not just do it. The company SHOULD HAVE DONE at this stage. Matad should have been producing a minimum of 821bopd and having them sold.

Back to reality, H1 still lagging at 200bopd and no sales because export signature still not signed.
