RE: until LCCM gets confirmation19 Feb 2019 06:55
I see all issues that SML have had being dealt with by JP. So the main Cobre client is paying an amount which will be forfeited if they don't restart. Leigh Creek is being thoroughly investigated and the fact that the previous owner had problems are getting dispelled. The local councils in the Redmoor area have been got on side to avoid issues locally.
All AIM companies will have issues as they are usually start ups. SML have dealt with and are dealing with all of the issues they are finding. I really can not see any issues with SML that aren't being sensibly dealt with.
Generally those that have a glass half empty attitude are just pointing at possible delays with everything and other possible issues, rather than any actual issues. For example the predicted start up timing for Leigh Creek, the delay in the return of the main Cobre client and whether Redmoor will be commercially viable on the bore holes that have been drilled. All of these have been explained by AB, JP or PW but some choose not to believe.
