I have always thought for various reasons that Metlen are a cert to acquire Rock Greek asstes. In fact I believe the deal is done and dusted, Evangelos Mytillineos, Chairman & CEO of Metlen has a good working relationship with David Price Rockfire Guv`nor.

More important E.M. is a Favourite Son of Greek Government, who also have great faith and trust in D.P. to return GREECE to a DEBT-FREE Economy. All very important pieces in any JV Negotiations. Metlen Ltd IPO in 2nd Quarter would mean Metlen acquire ROCK Greek assets, before March 2025/April in order to include them in Metlen Synopsis, prior to IPO.

This method suits both Companies. Metlen get an immediate Savvy holders base and UK Institutional buyers will be happy to invest in a European Company worth (at a guess, £2 Bn)

Rock holders will be able to trade shares immediately, if required and cash transfer, SIMPLE.

Greek Government will be delighted to keep the assets, `in house` and Greek economy will benefit Enormously, INSTANTLY. Everybody kept onside and in the loop.
