I based my Metlen connection on standard research of Rock.

Rock are an exploratory outfit, which is as far away from a Producing Mining Company that you can get. 2 Entirely Different areas of expertise, 1 area, Mining requires DEEP, DEEP Pockets, huge Man power numbers along with knowledge of Setting up the Mine and Logistical aspects. Exploration, is not cheap, more Time consuming, laborious Drills reaping nothing but MUD. Rock have uncovered various Minerals in Different Parts of the World and have never been inclined to set up a Mining Company, obviously, Costs must be a deciding factor in that mindset. Then take a look at Metlen, The family who own Metlen are as GREEK as it is possible to be, Greek Government owe Metlen a deal of gratitude for the way Metlen have looked after 7k Greek workers during times of intense Poverty during Greece well documented FINANCIAL Problems, under such Circumstance`s Bonds are formed, with other Companies. DAVID PRICE imho is an experienced Diplomat in terms of securing what is Beneficial to ROCK, he is also a Realist, both of which mean Price will know exactly what to do with his Greece assets and I think that decision has already been made. Metlen IPO is due in 2nd Quarter. On that basis, documents will be released in March/April detailing Metlen Possessions and Worth, plus prospects and Forecasts. Rock ?? Could be bought by any number of Mining Companies, Worldwide, or would Price sacrifice his Superb Working relationship with Greece, or his obvious close connection to Metlen, I 100% Doubt that.

That, imho, leaves the Purchase of Rock must be tied up by late March 2025, in order for full details to be published in Metlen PROSPECTUS, with full details including Due Dilligence.

Metlen is a Mining Company, therefore everything within ROCK, fits into Metlen, Price is ready for Retirement and this all fits in with what I think will happen. Metlen getting a quote away in UK with a Distinct UK Connection, makes this supposition of mine highly likely.

Anyone saying, "A large holder has ear of a CEO, KNOWS NOTHING of the consequences of insider trading" Rostra holdings must be having problems with their African Acquisition.

Which would surprise no body.

Any thinking that ROCK will open at Friday close is Dreaming. This is not your usual overhang, This is a GIFT under 2p, ask Allenby.

I would add; David Price was Super Ebullient in his last Personal Presentation expressing also the Excitement of Rock Board, all holders were equally excited and buying increased dramatically. BUT !!! The Rock Board bought NOTHING, not a bean. WHY ??????

There are only 2 reasons for that. No more than 2.

1. Rock is Garbage, so bad, Board have to ramp it to get any interest.

2. Rock Board know that a deal is Forthcoming and are BARRED FROM BUYING OR SELLING.

This is one hell of a Marathon read, but worth it. Pay particular attention to the fact that Metlen are heavily involved in Green projects that require Massive, Rare Earth Minerals.

I am of the opinion that Metlen ltd, UK shares will be a large part of any offer. The fact that Metlen energy & metals remains on Athens Market and from my research, UK side is named, Metlen Ltd. It may change, but that is an anomaly, should it remain the case. A JV is out of the Question if a Rock acquisition is on the cards. A Company buy-out could realise as much as 15p a share £450m. I think Metlen are already working with ROCK, Why?? because that last ZINC Survey was done over a vast area in record time, and i expect a result in equal record time. Rock are not capable of that, Metlen are. This share price will start to increase over the next 3 weeks if I am even half right.

Metlen IPO is scheduled for 2 nd Quarter of 2025. Metlen is heavily involved in Green Energy and uses Rare Earth Metals. Works in all 5 continents and 30 Countries Worldwide. Metlen have been acquiring their own shares on the Athens exchange, Building a holding of 4%

Metlen has a Mkt Cap of 4.90 Eur 36.12 usd. Greece are very Focussed on Greece population, Metlen and Rock have been very careful NEVER to rock the boat and upset the local people who hold a lot of power in Greece. I do not see Metlen or Rock inviting OUTSDE Mining Contractors to upset their business interests in Greece who are themselves a "PROTECTIONIST" Government. Nor do I see Greece inviting any Outside Government onto their LAND in order to Grab Greek Mineral assets, so where are we going ???

Metlen have chosen a FULL London Exchange quote, not interested in Free AIM Quote via buying Rock, even though it will cost at least £3 or £4 m. I think Metlen have already agreed terms with David Price to buy Rock 100%. The rather obvious clue is NO Directors share Purchases, a deal such as this is done over a matter of years, Directors have all been aware, therefore are Barred from buying shares. DP exuberance over last 6 months would have seen him buying shed loads IF HE WAS ABLE. I think we have 2 maybe 3 weeks before IPO details are revealed by METLEN, maybe then we get to hear of Rock purchase.

Why is ROCK attracting such a huge number of BUYS lately ?? That is of more interest than this Reach RNS. Metlen are in the Market is my guess. Initially I expected a bid for ROCK GREEK Assets, now I am inclined to a FULL BID for ENTIRETY OF Rock. Everything ROCK have fits into Metlen. Melten IPO in a matter of Weeks will give Metlen a WAR CHEST of £Billions. CASH & METLEN shares would be SNATCHED by all holders.

Chios Findings Figures likely available 2026. ROCK also has a much overlooked "HUGE" amount of Silver, an increasingly Valuable Metal. Plus ZINC by the BOATLOAD. Current MKT Cap according to Allenby should be £80 m not long to wait then it is on to £160 m MKT Cap.

Extremely Interesting proposition imho. You really can bet the farm on this certainty.

David Price is the ACE in the Hole at Rock, much respected by Greek Government and as a Geologist, Few Peer`s. I see a steady rise until Middle of March then concerted buying.

Melten are coming to UK Market. That alone will project Rock into the HNW interet.

Greek Mining will be the focus. I see the ROCK buying continuing today and beyond.

Melten BILLION POUND FLOAT will be massive and will pull ROCK along with it. 2nd Quarter is the date for Metlen IPO.
