We had this discussion late last week regardi news and rns release.

While they used the wording

“The documentation process remains on track for completion by the end of October 2024, with the Company and its Advisors to then seek receipt of all applicable regulatory approvals for the acquisition.”

I was at first under the impression that it was due to be signed on that date but having had conversation with yourself I changed my view due to wording from previous rns acquisition saying completed and signed.

But having read the latest rns for the millionth time I see in the next paragraph

“The Company also confirms that the 25 million shares, initially scheduled to be issued upon the signing of the share purchase agreement, will now be issued on or around 1 November 2024”

So from that I would have expected news that would be signed and delivered and they are still yet to announce completion of the share issue agreement.

Either way I would have expected an rns to announce the provisional completion pending regulatory approval like the last acquisition or an announcement that it has been delayed.

If you Are you referring to me then I mean no malice was only thinking out loud and asking for other people opinions

My thinking behind it will be neo would be asset rich with little debt and making so much noise they are getting noticed.

1.5b shares in circulation with a max SP of 20p, A big player could easily pick this up for 300-400m max which is loose change for the big players.

With a lot of assets and with no to little debt surely that is a possibility? Especially with sp not even at 20p yet

Like I said I mean no malice would like other people idea on it

The Sp is so low with all the assets it will own after all the regulatory approvals.

Even with a 20p Sp with 1.5b shares in circulation the cash debt will be so low could there be a takeover bid from one of the big players.

Neo is making a lot of noise and gaining much attention

Would be interesting to know what others opinion is on this

The beisa deal was signed off pending the regulatory approvals for the acquisition

I have re read the rns and do see it says only the following

“The documentation process remains on track for completion by the end of October 2024”

I can see the difference now when comparing the previous acquisition rns of bieasa which said the documents would be completed and signed by xyz date.

Though it’s small it is a get out of jail card because he only mentions documents completed this time round.

However I would have preferred to not had the rns update last week and instead just had the rns drop that everything was signed sealed and delivered, with last weeks rns it feels like they put unnecessary pressure on delivery when they could just announce that’s it’s been completed and signed etc

Im baffled as to why their has been no rns to confirm everything was signed on time or that their is a delay to proceedings.

either way I was expecting news today

And if it is now dropped before close so late on a Friday means we won’t have the instant momentum it deserves and could even get lost like few months back news was when posted so late on a fri

My account says the close price was 1.18

It is good news that another acquisition is coming only makes the company a bigger player.

The adding of more shares constantly smashes the sp but the market cap takes forever to correct itself.

I can see from rns that:

I guess we are waiting for the regulatory approvals for the sp to rocket and hopefully it’s all completed by end of Dec so we all have epic Xmas present :D

The sp is down based on todays news despite the rns news

It doesn’t bother me too much as know it will eventually climb to new heights.

The sp is based on todays market cap valuation and the dilution of the adding of more shares.

Will we see a new share price target soon with todays announcement and secondly when do we expect to see a market cap update on the company as 16m inc all they recently acquired is not a true valuation.

As expected they unable to produce audit but they have been trying to get one.

“The Company also informs that it has proceeded with reasonable efforts to engage in auditors under general license INT/2024/4888228, however, the Company failed to attract an auditor for the statutory audit under the applicable legislation”

Who would of thought positive rns news would crash the sp

If it’s related to uncertainty regarding the funding then I hope they hold back on further acquisition news as it will only make it more unstable and tank further

I’m just thinking out aloud but would be interested on others ideas on the issue

What it needed was an early rns to gain the momentum the news deserved

This is dropping fast I currently have buy price of 1.15

While you make some valid points the question is why didn’t neo think of these potential conundrums. They are supposed to be steering the ship earning themselves great commissions for doing so.

The senior management have on numerous occasions pumped this and have stated in both social media accounts and via rns that this would come in way ahead of time.

They could of kept quiet and waited for the deals to be done behind the scenes being out of sight out of mind but they have shouted from rooftops getting all the attention they could that is not something that should be done if you want to acquire most assets for cheap prices

Rns or interview is pointless until the deal is done.

The last rns / interview said deal will be signed middle of the month and that it was way ahead of schedule which has now passed and now 5-10days is the gossip that would only bring it home on time so they should just use their time more wisely and actually deliver

The sign off for the biesa acquisitions was originally set for the end of the month but in the interview he said it was way ahead of schedule and expected it within 2weeks / middle of month so yes news is expected anytime now and then boom it goes.

The sp would have been a lot higher at the close had the rns been dropped earlier as not much time before the close for it to gain the momentum the news deserves

Those that sold hoping for a big drop will probably be scrambling to get back in now the deal will be signed way ahead of schedule

If they spent more time signing acquisitions off and putting out positive rns’s this would fly. The interviews are ok but without official rns to back the interview they mean very little Because we all know what is said and done can be different. What they hope to achieve is not yet have achieved
