The calculations look like what is in circulation now being approx 2.7b shares

SSW will own approx 30-40% of the company so I estimate another 1-1.5b shares to be issued. Taking the shares to approx 4.5b

with so many shares in issue I wouldn’t be suprised if the board did a share consolidation reducing the number of shares, by Removing its penny stock status it’s should attract institutional investors and meet requirements for a listing on the JSE.

The plus side is that value even with new 40% SSW will own is still a great deal for land, extra resources and a mine that is developed and needs minimal work and cost to get back to operating.

Another plus is Having a big blue chip company as majority owner should give Neo better rates and terms a financing deals struck.

The new assembled board is hugely impressive they alone can draw on contacts to get more favourable terms, that the old board could never do.

Im expecting great news incoming any time these new board members would never risk their reputations on a small company like NEO, they probably already know the SA governments approval is imminent.

I’m more than pleased with the new board. Onwards and upwards we go and hopefully their no looking back.

you’ve made only two posts on Neo so what makes you the expert on them your normally a key board warrior in marula striking anyone down that makes a commnent you don’t like.

The main problem is they set a date then fail, it is these historical failures that sets them back and causing part the problem. If Neo set a date then it should be achievable and come in on time.

Don’t tell us what you think we want to hear but actually what is the fact.

It is no suprise they missed their own deadline yet again.

I really do hope this comes good but how many times can the fca keep allowing them to mislead investors. If something out of hand came up then why not just post a simple rns update informing us.

They talk about transparency but keep us in the dark

So in a nutshell the board are using the rns feed as a tactic to draw in new investors

your right they have not told us anything different from the presentations to rns’s,

but to the outside it will look like a company that has been transparent and kept us informed but they can’t even be transparent and tell us when the suspension will be lifted all we got told is after accounts have been published.

There are a few reasons why a company may publish rns’s with repeated news and I think the latest rns’s are not meant for us My reasons being are:

we are close to relisting and the board will want maximum exposure this is possible by promoting the stock to keep the company in the spotlight.

I did see in the latest RNS they got some finance / lending. This should lift some of the worries about Neo’s cash issues that they recently highlighted in their presentation.

“The Company has already received approval from the South African Reserve Bank ("SARB") for a foreign inter-company shareholder loan facility of ZAR1.2 billion (approximately £50.4 million) for working capital purposes between the Company and Neo Uranium Resources South Africa”

It’s not overly a true comparison:

Neo currently has 2.21bn shares in issue

CVE: HLU Has approx 107m shares in issue

For the moment we just need to get our house in order and everything signed sealed and delivered then we can breathe easy until then it’s still squeaky bum time pmsl 🤣

What is now holding up the resumption of trading we’ve submitted and published the accounts?

I read HSS Hire Group PLC Was suspended also for delayed accounts they submitted the accounts on 6th October and on same day resumed trading.

Now these reports are out

The questions are:

1) When do we think relisting will be?

2) what price will we come back at?

3) do we expect a big jump on sp within a few days ?

It was obvious from the offset we’d have no cash in the bank as Neo are not mining, they not selling.

Yet they spending big for studies, reports, other assets.

The asset valuations of land and facilities alone far outweigh their debt.

That is not including the resources in the ground.

I don’t think they will have issues getting financing to get over the line especially with Sibanye-Stillwater as controlling shareholders .

The assets are highly sought after and their isn’t enough to meet demand.

The only issue they may encounter is a change of energy policy just like wind farms have encountered.

Why did it take so long for stuff we already knew

I read we asset rich but cash poor and we to rely on creditors as we currently classed as a going concern but that was highlighted in the company presentation recently.

I don’t know what to make of the rns today in some ways it’s good news that their is no dilution

but the negatives to me are:

if I like many are expecting a jump in SP on acquisition news and also on the re-listing, then 2p should be would be a bargain especially as everyone currently locked out.

Another question is where Neo relying on the warrants sale to generate cashflow or where they part of a re written deal for the other parties to buy cheaper as recently they have offered shares at approx 0.5p

Who was the party involved that didn’t take up this option??

Until these are answered I don’t really know what to make of it

I’ve not yet had any correspondence from my brokers yet but think I am playing the waiting game and may look into the Negligible Value Claims but need to look into all the options further then read and re read them to understand the process properly.

If shares you own become worthless (or "of negligible value") while you still own them, you can make a "negligible value claim" to HMRC.

This treats the shares as if you had sold and immediately reacquired them at their negligible value, which crystallises a capital loss without an actual sale.

You can specify a date for the deemed disposal up to two years prior to the start of the tax year in which you make the claim, allowing you to use the loss against gains from an earlier period.

Based on previous statements we should be close to a relisting as Not so long ago they talked about the JSE listing being completed in Q1 of next year

If that timeframe is going to be achieved then listing here needs to happen soon as It takes approx around 12weeks for the listing to complete I’ve previously mentioned the timelines and stages.

I think If we get suspended again due to the next accounts being late then JSE isn’t going to happen and market confidence crashes to all time low and will be impossible to stop a sinking ship.

Never mind the wasted money time and effort they already put into it

Back when share price was at an all time high at approx 1.8p to then drop to 0.68 at suspension

I think the drop reflects all the acquisitions Neo did they announced them consecutively one after another in such a short space of time.

It’s natural that a company's share price can drop during an acquisition,

A few reasons below:

So hopefully on some good news and if and when they get signed off then we should see a jump but I remain sceptical until it is signed sealed and delivered.
