Why say dilution is moot??
If they are adding to complete the transactions and takeover then I stand corrected and apologise for my mistake.
But I thought that shares had already previously been added earlier in the year for that.
The constant adding of shares to market that is not linked to a transaction for extra assets are a dilution.
The market study of 23p per share was based on the amount of shares in circulation at that time when they announced the acquisition of beisa now there has been a huge amount added it would be interesting to see what the new re rate would look like
