Anyone who has researched IoT knows there is a land grab going on at the moment as the big boys look to digitise their platforms and the biggest cloud platforms look to be able to offer end to end security to comply with GDPR and secure data privacy in other legislated sectors where pii needs secured.

You will then also know that start ups with relatively little revenue are being acquired for $bn's as their tech is disruptive see Cisco latest acquisition..

Tern holders are hoping the bod have positioned Device Authority in the centre of IoT security which will secure data from chip/device to gateways into cloud and back to server again, AT SCALE.

This has never been done before, so for anyone to say this is overvalued on any metric simply hasn't researched the sector..
