VM probably felt she could leverage the existing tech. And global customers, that still exists now but will probably be realised more by ordinary shareholders now as company develops.

If they have raised £30m in artiq I don't think the raise for chorum will be too high.

I think they will be aiming for m cap £50-£75 with further upside for any other roll ups identified.

I can think of quite a few platforms where eventual quantum resistant security will be needed. The globals involved via artiq will give this whole venture a serious following imho
