news will be the catalyst here, I think imtk will want to show they can do global deals, so if they can JV with another provider to sell iot, blockchain, AI solutions into the global customer base then we could quickly go x3,x4 from here imho.

all majors are needing to undertake change now as Industry 4.0 kicks in and digitises the production processes, imtk looks ideally placed to manager this process..

now if they just had some extra products to cross-sell etc !!

In the period the Company received approaches from several individuals and companies proposing a range of interesting product development initiatives, some of these are being progressed and could lead to interesting developments for the Company. We see joint ventures as one realistic way the business can be developed at a faster pace and less expensively than as a stand-alone entity and we will continue to explore this as a route to develop our product set.

The company has stated numerous times it's looking for an alternative to use the listing, if you don't like the idea of a £200k company possibly transforming and creating value for shareholders you don't have to watch, move on.

There will be plenty shareholders from the 12p days who would love to see a change of fortunes here.

tucking them away for 2019 and a much higher m cap, with or without corporate activity.. you can see why VM wanted such a high stake here... I'm sure someone else will see the value as well.
