Keep an eye on the frequency of larger sized buys, as we get closer to sealing a deal expect there will be an increase. With a reducing free float it will get harder to buy volume pre deal.

same approach as me. adding on dips until news/suspension and then reappraise no hurry.

considering AIQ went to m cap of �66m+ on just considering a deal it would be nice for bloc to surpass this once a deal is done.. keeping a close eye on volumes. directors tempting the market with groundbreaking and extremely exciting etc

Funny, I thought todays buys nearly equal the sells. the results yesterday hint at what's to come, but you keep telling yourself this is a pump and dump.. there was loads of them saying the same at Tern at 2p, now 25p within 4 months. I expect the same here, and you can quote me on that..

Also took a few more today, if the bod who have done it all before are bullish, that's good enough for me. Some will always prefer to wait to see the deal but suspect they will suspend once a deal is secured so chances of getting in after news but prior to a suspension will be close to zero.

I like the sound of that.. just need to wait a little bit longer hopefully, sounds like it might be at legals stage.

Still adding before a deal arrives, it's been a while now so expecting an update soon.

Saw that on a shell I was interested in a while ago, tried for days to buy as it kept on moving up, eventually they opened the buying limits and it was already up 300% from when I tried to initially buy.. It's usually a good sign if they won't let you buy, keep at it.. I continue to add.

Market fonally picking up on $tn of value of IoT market and that device authority (investee company) with its global partners can grab a big chunk of this going forward. Just on the news tonight the US FDA is proposing to mandate extra security in medical devices, this is one of DA's key vertical targets and has been lobbying us Congress for just such legislation. Google "FDA medical device security" news.

Check out the device authority website, a good starting point, global partners with it saying it is the iam IoT leader for IoT devices just today.

There's no comparison to back then, biggest global partners onboard, chips, sensors, data storage, IoT platforms etc They have it all covered and it's just about the size of the market they can grab now.. Lifecycle security of Bn's of devices up for grabs, as DA mention today, they are the iam IoT leader !!

Well I'm expecting that as soon we hear who Thales and DA are getting traction with in the connected medical device vertical.. These global partners will be working with other global players so just one finalised deal for keyscaler will make us into a global player as well imho.

With global companies lining up to use our tech for what is the 4th Industrial Revolution it's nice to know we are loaded up before the masses and tech. Funds descend. If we can stay independent long enough this will be a cash generating monster throwing big dividends up to Tern to reinvest in all sorts of disruptive technology.. Wyld Fusion for example. JP piling in and declaring is a big blue flag imho.

It get's more interesting for those new to tern, because his son works/ is a key employee at DA, was in Los altos on the team photo and is presenting Gemalto webinar next week. Stage 3 a bit closer than we thought ?

Using the same analogy for keyscaler, will the comodo/intel launch enable the income to start flowing in whilst at the same time tie ups with Thales and gemalto enable the next generation blockchain products to be worked on.. hopefully the webinars next week will reveal more..

tern going pro-active on the newsflow ahead of main security conference.. should be a good time to promote keyscaler to even bigger security concerns.. we know this is hard to buy in volumes when supply is switched off, see august 15 for last example..
