Not that I'm aware of. The Invesco holding in us is what was Oppenheimer Funds that became part of Invesco in May 2019. Maybe someone is confusing that...?

C26..... I can see u have gone through debt numbers. Looking through prospectus today the 2nd lien notes were issued with a 15 percent coupon part PIK I find rhe document unclear on how the er 50 p subscription warrants are issued pro rata against this 333 mn usd bond. It seems vague ! This is of course on top of 840 mn at 10.50 cash p.a
Any help ? The warrants look a serious sweetener

Think looking at debt we are nearly at 75mn pounds p.a. With these 2nd notes ( that will bring in cash on conversion)... think Gregor and Stroll have juggled well .
Fund manager chums have so far stood back... they felt sales were woolly..not so sure myself as had worst case scenario at way below actual number.. Liked Moers and Stroll on Q&A talking China/USA ...come on Biden.
Think Stroll will have price abov 62 p come December meeting....one less question to answer

Emailed Charlotte yesterday for clarity on AML penalty to MB on when incurred after Mr. Stroll said on Q&A that the first batch of 2 consideration tranches would be issued now ( guess that is December).
She confirmed any penalty would be incurred after the beginning of2022 and any discount between the then share price and the 62p hurdle on the full 20% stake.....it will be well north of that!.
Think bond price on issuance is important. Hopefully 9% or below...significant cost saving.

I suspect current price action is the bank prop books that took out Investindustrial ‘on behalf of you know who’ are unwinding into institutions who were pegged back to only 30 % of this equity issue and dissatisfied. This is the current temporary block...it will go after roadshows broker notes etc ....liked Moers talking about pricing efficiency and importance of China and USA ...This will become a truly international brand with international sales.

I have to confess I always was concerned that when Industriainvest went below 3% that it would hard to know how they would dispose of their final 50 mn plus shares. I now think that with no bid from Stroll they are dispatching them in the market. It could also be a disgruntled investor from the last placing. More likely Stroll has said no bid forthcoming and his consortium will sit back and accumulate. The last few shares sold by the Italians will be golden tickets. I doubt Vettel was informed of this strategy and has an extra Adam’s apple this morning.
