Steinbecking, agreeing with you that with strong fundamentals, why sell up.

Just keep on taking the dividend, hold long term and let geopoliticial events do what they will.

This is clearly having a downward pressure on prices in some desirable locations!

A lot of these properties are effectively holiday properties, used at weekends and during the summer for the well to do.

What I have seen is that a lot of second home owners are now being overstretched and will keep these properties if they can but some are turning to renting and other are simply selling. However, it is no longer a sellers market and unless sellers are prepared to drop their asking price, these properties are not shifting.
