I go away for a few hours for a funeral and the numpties turn up!!

I think today's action is just the start... and this is without any solid news! Next piece of good news and this will soar.

Very interesting days and weeks ahead.

I had optimistically pencilled in a £10m-£12m Market Cap before news and, with positive news, anywhere between £20m an £50m!

Testing 0.1 now!! A Market Cap of £7m or £8m is still very cheap given the potential and the position that DH has got CLON in to.

Market wants your holding - someone is happy to hoover up any sells! Hold tight - I think we'll be heading back to 0.12-0.15 very soon!

Djm1 - you're right about car companies wanting to build their own batteries. They've seen how the Chinese have got a stranglehold on Lithium and batteries with the rest of the world including Europe being slow off the blocks. Companies like CLON will be in very high demand (whether this particular Bolivian exercise is successful or not) and will be able to demand a premium once the tech is proven to be scalable. Very interesting times!

It would be great to hear who the offtake partner is but the fact that there is one (and a credible one at that) gives further reassurance about the technology and its potential. Plus when you add in that CLON is part of Team Europe, I'm not surprised that some folks are hoovering up the shares. As I said earlier, the MC is only around £5m... very cheap and I'm sure that some folks will be running their rulers over CLON. Should be a very interesting summer!

Daffypicker - if we get positive news within that time period, by the end of August, then I think we'll see a much, much higher price... where it settles is a different matter but, if all goes well (and it might not), I wouldn't be surprised to see the sp jump to 0.2-0.3!

Not a chart person myself but glad for the indicator. I'd expect to see a continued upward trend ahead of news - market cap is still only a measly £5m.

I expect that DH will be quick to update on progress in Bolivia or India but I'm also hoping that we'll hear something from elsewhere. From DH's interview/presentation the other week, I get the sense, with the Team Europe approach, that CLON has a very rosy future ahead.

After a wee pause, I think this morning's sp rise means that our buyer is back in the market.

Don't think that the exact price would be agreed... more like the agreement would be, for example, 10% off the market price.

Another attempt at breaking 0.08... seems to be more legs in this still!

I'm hopeful that Phase 4 news will be good.

Some news about EU funding would be good as would any other developments in some other country.

Don't know much about Zak Mir but CLON's potential is massive. In the short term, a target of 0.11 is easily achievable. I'm holding for a large multi-bagger.

DH has done a great job to get CLON at the centre of this lithium revolution. I would be very surprised if we don't hear some significant, transformative news in the near future.

And he/she's continued to buy at a much higher price than his original tranche. We know that CLON have been speaking to all sorts of folks across the world. Perhaps, he/she has got wind of something!

This is well worth a listen. Fascinating info and very encouraging... with backing from the EU and a household name (as yet unknown), tiny CLON is punching well above it's weight. Let's hope they can provide more info about partners soon and that they get some funding that they can shout about.

Disappointing though this news is, I do tend to agree with others regarding the tech.

It has taken an age to get to this point though and we still don't have proof that it's scalable - we need to see real progress. DH needs to be bolder. If he's got the EU engaged, surely there must be some funding available from them?

Sp has dropped 90% since its highs of last year!

Dr J - I'd add that I think GR will do as much as he can humanly do to get it over the line (a positive?). Whether he can succeed or not is a different question. There should be interest in the market for Zulu to generate a bid or 2 - don't know at what level though.

Katy - I've just read your original post. Really sorry to hear about your circumstances. A costly lesson to learn. Sometimes, it doesn't just rain... it pours. Life! I could write a book about the rollercoaster of my own investment experience over the last 30 years or so. Heard someone wise once say that you either win or you learn... just make sure you do learn if you don't win. Whilst I appreciate Dr J's motivation for highlighting some positives, make sure that your feet are firmly planted on the ground. Question everyone's motivation for saying what they're saying (including me!).

The reality is that the odds are stacked against small individual investors, especially on AIM. You absolutely have to know what you're doing... or else you're just tossing a coin.

This isn't advice at all but my guess is that most experienced AIM investors will be expecting a further fund raise which is likely to see the sp fall. Sell and buy back in (if you're research demonstrates a realistic chance of GR getting it over the line) or hold if you think the sp isn't going to fall... that would need GR to pull something out of a hat, imho! Or sell and cut your losses.

I'll let you do your own research on Circum and RHA (other Prem assets), if you've not already done so... both those 'investments' tell you something about GR.

Our Chinese friends would have been as satisfied as they could be that the quality was there. I'm pretty sure that they would have done their own sampling. I don't now subscribe to this being a huge con (had that view with RHA and Circum but not with Zulu).

GR has been the issue all along - his decisions, his approach!

Acker - I'm sure that you will agree that this is 'deja vu' and there is a major risk that we head towards the very same situation as RHA. When GR raises again (he has to!), he has to go big and he has to make it available to existing holders.

I'm afraid I'm in the camp where I am seriously doubting GR's ability to get it over the line. Could he get a reasonable JV deal to get it over the line?

To some extent, he may have insulated Zulu against the Chinese picking it up for a song BUT feels to me that there is a serious risk that the house of cards will begin to fall and I'm not sure where it will end.

Very disappointing that we are where we are........... again!
