For newbies... you should know that GR is, let's say, unpredictable. I think most of us were expecting an RNS this morning to acknowledge yesterday's rise and whether there was a reason for it. The fact that he didn't issue an RNS creates a wee bit of concern... why hold back good news... unless the news isn't good. You would be well advised still only to risk what you can afford to lose here... depends on your risk appetite I suppose.

Hold on tight... looks like it'll be a rollercoaster today!

If you're new here, this feels very much like early 2021. Prem was written off and news of a deal leaked... sp almost 10 bagged in a week or so.

Look at any 5 year chart and you'll see the lows and the highs. It had lost 90%+ of its value since May 2023... if there's a new deal with Canmax (who already own 15.9% of the co) then a good chunk of that loss in value will be recovered!

RickyK - big speculation that GR has managed to re-negotiate the offtake/prepayment agreement, to get enough cash to deal with current debt and that the legals are being done. The sp has been rising for a week with take-off yesterday.

Prem is a very leaky ship so it's all pointing to a deal.

The current prepayment/offtake agreement has some conditions which could be triggered 1st April... I'd expect news next Tuesday at the very latest but who knows with GR!

News could drop anytime today.

Without the big news, i.e. the situation with Canmax, we could be testing 0.04. If we get some sort of holding RNS and/or confirmation that those 3 x big trades earlier in the week were buys then maybe it'll be another 100% day.

If GR has managed to negotiate a new offtake agreement and deals with the remaining debt then we're really flying... should find out by Tuesday at the latest but the pressure is on GR to announce something today!

I'd be more comfortable today if there was an RNS or two... one to respond to the rise yesterday and one to show who traded 1.4b shares in 3 trades earlier in the week.

Second wind... should test 0.04 this afternoon.

I don't think it's possible to get a p&d of this scale, iky786... it's been rising for a week now and I think has more to go... substantially more!

Looking very much like a very significant leak - If GR has managed to get a deal with Canmax (and I think he has) then the Market Cap should head back towards £100m+... sp of 0.2 and that's just for starters!

Could just as equally be a worked buy, Jaglith... that's now 1.405b shares traded in 3 trades... just over 3%... should see a TR1, one way or another... I wonder who it is.

I reckon the buyer is hoovering up again today... should get a TR1 tomorrow at the latest.

And it appears that Martinigirl has actually conceded that 'Best shareholders can hope for is that George somehow gets $30 million'... interesting... so there is still value in Prem!

One other factor that hasn't been mentioned much is that Canmax already own circa 16% of Prem and, to some extent, are shooting themselves in the foot if they don't support Prem. What value would you put on that holding if Zulu was up and running?

If they increased their holding to over 50% either by buying in the open market and/or taking shares instead of a share of Zulu, I'd be more than happy... the value of my holding would be a multiple of what it is now!

I'm sure that Canmax and GR will be considering all options... there is still plenty to play for!

I concur Coldsteel33 - sentiment is a major factor and clarity about those two trades will be significant. Interestingly, they were not reported as late trades (not that I can see). I'm no expert on MM shenanigans but one suggestion about the movement we've seen is that an order was placed to buy 500m on Tuesday morning and the sp soared. MM's took a few hours to get hold of the price and started to drop it... the order was satisfied throughout the day. Yesterday, the buyer sat back and hoovered up the sells. The same person suggested that it might be Canmax buying.

Who knows, Jaglith? sp is still circa 25% up on the week.

So we've had 2 x 500m trades (2%+ of shares) - if it's the same person/organisation trading (I think they're buying) and if they currently hold then there's a good chance that we'll get a TR1. That'll be interesting.

Canmax have known for years that GR is untrustworthy and they absolutely knew that when they signed the last agreement. He had well and truly sh#ft#d them with the FM... is that being untrustworthy or was he just being clever?

If I was Canmax, I'd be going through the current agreement with a fine tooth comb... especially the clauses that relate to what will happen to the 'debt' and ownership of Zulu if Canmax don't elect to take part ownership of Zulu or shares in Prem on the 1st April!!??!!!

Tbob418 - you appear to be new here... I'm not going to suggest that you check my history but I'm certainly not blind to GR's incompetence and I'm not an admirer. Looking at past performance though, GR has somehow managed to get PREM out of some dire situations in the past. He is also unpredictable and will take any (even dubious) action to protect his (and other holders') interests.

Jaglith - pure speculation that Canmax will want to re-value Zulu again.
