Not getting a price to buy on HL!

If you look at the volume over the last few trading days, I think it's clear, as before, that someone somewhere has had access to whatever is going on behind the scenes and it is positive for holders. Prem has been a leaky ship for years. It feels very like early 2021 and you can see what happened then.

GR could well have negotiated a new agreement... best case scenario for existing holders.

Canmax might simply follow through on the current signed agreement and take one of the options open to them...again, this would be good news for existing holders.

Canmax might, as shorters suggest, let Prem limp on until it collapses... I think this is the least likely option because I reckon GR has a plan for this scenario! He might even suspend shares and shorters will be well and truly sh##ted.

I remind myself that no-one has taken any formal action against Prem and GR and, whilst they need bailed out, no-one has forced them to the wall. Canmax have been hot and cold but I think they know that it is in everybody's interest to give the support that Zulu needs to get production sorted.

Believe me, raydaar, I wish I had had the sense not to invest in the first place... way too much of a rollercoaster!

Would it surprise you if I said that I've got some sympathy with that view, Raaydaar... but he and Canmax also have a habit of leaving decisions until the last minute. It wouldn't surprise me either if there was no update tomorrow!

Circum was written off a long time ago! You may or may not know that GR spent money raised for a Zulu DFS on buying a stake in Circum 6 or 7 years ago... it went nowhere very fast! Just think where Prem would be now if GR had followed through on the DFS at that time!! That's when I started calling for GR's head.

Yes, lots of nervous people around. I'll concede that I was hoping for an RNS before now... if GR has re-negotiated the deal then there's no need to hold off announcing that... he's got an obligation to announce it asap (not that he ever bothers with rules).

Jaglith - breach of contract? The contract is to provide sc6 , not to provide a plant. And, there is a remedy if they don't produce sc6.

I accept that one of the big questions is how Canmax wrestle control away from GR. There is a mixed picture of whether they're supportive of Prem/GR or not, and there are certainly a load of factors in the mix. I don't think that they're the kind of organisation who will do the dirty on existing shareholders (they hold 16% themselves) but I fully expect that they'll have had enough of GR for a variety of reasons. You simply can't trust what he says. Prem really is small beer just now for Canmax - look at what is going on in the world! They have to opt for taking a share in Zulu or takes shares in Prem tomorrow. GR may well have negotiated a different deal but whatever happens, we'll hear tomorrow.

Jaglith - they'd be shooting themselves in the foot if they went down that route.

Shorters were clearly seriously burned last week... they'll want to recoup their losses but they're still ignoring the fact that there is a signed agreement in place that takes effect tomorrow!

Should be a very interesting week! All pointing to an RNS tomorrow. I'm hoping that, somewhere included in the deal, GR steps down completely or that Canmax become the majority holder in either Zulu or Prem.

Market Cap is still less than £20m... I'd happily cede 51% of Prem to Canmax. Market Cap would race to £200m or £300m and current shareholders would still be on for a serious multi-bagger. With Canmax in control, production would be a matter of weeks away.

Finger is hovering over sell and I would see how the land lies on Monday morning... in the past, when one has expected GR to say something and he doesn't, that signals an issue. Might take some profit!

Given my long history with this share and GR, the lack of any RNS this week is troubling me and I'm inclined not to hold over the weekend... what do others think?

I couldn't buy on HL - given the volume of trades, I wouldn't be surprised if their systems are running to catch up and reconcile.

Certainly do, Acker... got the scars to prove it. GR doesn't normally miss an opportunity to give good news... the silence is a wee bit concerning.

Can't blame you, Acker - 200% rise in a week. How often does that happen!!

Sol001 - I don't think the testing was actually done. He didn't have enough money to do it. I might be wrong.

Iky786 - I'm simply pointing out that there's be no RNS about the rise when I believe that GR may have been obliged to issue one by now. We know that he plays fast and loose with the rules. It is still speculation about a deal having been done. I suspect that there are loads of newbies here who haven't done any DD and just jumped on the bandwagon... it may or may not be a concern for them.
