At this stage, I can't see a JV - there's no way to value PREM... it has to wait for the DFS. Perhaps, there might be an off-take agreement but, again, I think it would be premature.
The real news that we're waiting for is the results from the initial drilling.

Dazed - are you stating that you know that the rig and testing equipment are held up or are you speculating?

It's been an interesting few days... sp moved up about a third from the dip to 18/19 last week... what will it do if we get positive news?

The Fidelity/L&G info is very interesting. It's unusual for a company like PREM to fit within the criteria of these investment companies... unproven assets, no income to speak of, Zim, etc. Once we get some drilling results, I think we'll see many more taking a nibble and there is huge potential for these guys to build healthy holdings in PREM... very interesting times and imo not a share to be day trading... news could drop anytime now and it's a share to hold for the next 3-5 years.

Hey Welshy... if the right stuff is in the ground then there's the potential for a 10 bagger in the next 1-2 years, perhaps even earlier than that, so don't forget that you've set that sell target!

Hey Mattluc - that was my target too before news but I'm thinking news will arrive before we get there now. With positive news this month, we'll be heading over 0.5. Wouldn't be surprised if there's an RNS this week.

Watcher - I reckon he was sending a message to GR. Millionaires don't become millionaires by accepting poor performance. I think Goozee is already the biggest single shareholder and taking it to 10% will put more pressure on GR to deliver. Who knows, he could be preparing to oust GR!!!

Yes, Snowking, at one level things are shaping up very nicely. Goozee has shown some faith in PREM and has called this right all along . And he's prepared to sink another £1 million (at least) in to it... that's some confidence!

Not sure if it's a genuine account but Goozee is tweeting that he's aiming to up his holding to 10%... he already holds 7% or so.

It makes no financial sense whatsoever to dilute PREM to buy more of MNH... the comparative roi is miniscule when stacked up against Zulu... Zulu has to be the one and only project that PREM commits funds to for the foreseeable future. When the sp is sitting at 2p or 3p then I would have no objections but, even then, will there be a return from MNH???

As for the current sp, it has retraced simply because there is no news on progress at Zulu... if PREM can give an update to a couple of independent shareholders then GR really should be updating the rest of the market!!

If you spoke to PREM, Snowking, what did they say about the 2nd drill and the lab... I'm sure you would have asked!

What did they say about when we might hear about the 1st test results?

Clearly, I should have waited before adding a couple of weeks ago - didn't think that we would dip below 20 again! Trading volume is low today and I guess most of us are waiting for some imminent news.

Grasping at straws here but, at least, those images do show some activity. I reckon both the 2nd rig and the lab are on site.

As for GR, it's up to Goozee and Snowking's group to apply some pressure... he's not going to listen to the rest of us. And this is the dichotomy - some will argue that because GR is invested, he has most to gain/lose and isn't going to do anything to harm PREM.................... but he seems to do his best to do exactly that.

With this phase of Zulu, PREM enters into a different league and GR just isn't the man to head this up. I had hoped that Goozee and/or the Pandora group and others would have forced a change by now but hey ho! There is another who has been in the shadows around PREM for a long, long time and I reckon that he'll want to muscle in but I don't think that GR is on best terms with him (which might not be a bad thing).
Anyway, having advised us all that the 2nd rig and the lab should be on site, it's not unreasonable to expect confirmation of that in a reasonable timescale.
Snowking has a hotline to GR and it's concerning that he's not been posting much this week!

Overall, it's a very good move by GR to get the lab on site... the results will give a sense of what is in the ground, at the very least, and even that should drive the sp higher. As a result, the overall potential and value of Zulu will be known way earlier than if we had to wait on the DFS being completed.
That gives GR way more ammunition in dealing with any interested parties and will contribute to decisions about the long term future and which route to go down... in other words, I don't think that we're going to be sold short on Zulu.
I don't commend GR for much but it's been a very smart move. He just needs to get those samples tested and the results published!

Yes, wolf, the sooner that those results start getting published the better.
If the initial results are good, GR will find himself overwhelmed with interest again... whilst he's not updating us on progress at Zulu, he is giving some interesting info on Twitter about the current lack of lithium... the future is looking good!

johnnypc/speel - completely agree with your sentiments. Historically, PREM's sp drifts lower when no news is forthcoming, especially when there is an expectation of some news. GR just doesn't understand that sentiment towards PREM is still influenced (heavily) by his record of non-delivery and poor communication. If the 2nd rig is on site and the testing lab is on site then it would be helpful to know that and sentiment will begin to change.
I have a gut feeling that he might be waiting to make a bigger announcement but, if I were him, I'd be getting news out as soon as he can by whatever means!

Hey Profitbags - welcome. Yes, the last few years have been a rollercoaster - my hope is that things will be less volatile and that we'll see more of a steady rise... well, what I think is that we'll get a sharp increase once we get the 1st drilling results (there's certainly potential for high quality lithium) and then a steady increase towards the completion of the DFS.
The volatility is mostly down to GR's actions but I think he will be less inclined to do anything silly going forward.
There are no guarantees but there's a compelling case to be invested... potentially massive asset with potentially high quality in a market where demand for the resource is increasing (and supply may not stay pace) and where the price of lithium is increasing! Might not be your biggest holding just now but give it a few months!!

Hoping for a good week... trying to keep a lid on my impatience for the 1st drilling results RNS... it's imminent!

Tipping point is coming very soon for the sp to rocket... time to catch the wave if you're not in this yet... aimho.

Interesting Snowking - did you drop that 2% lithium in randomly or because you've heard that it could be that good?

If we're talking about something as good as 2% then the sp will go stratospheric!
