Yes, kudos to JG... interesting dynamics now... JG wants to keep the sp low until he gets to his 10% target and everyone else (including GR) wants the sp to rise.
My hope is that JG becomes the biggest holder and he then has significant authority to influence GR and the future of PREM.

Strictly speaking, I think we should have heard that the latest issue of shares was completed. If the low volume continues with no news imminent, i.e. within the next couple of weeks, then, as I said yesterday, the sp will continue at and below these levels. With another 500m shares in circulation, there's plenty to go around so I doubt if we'll have any upward pressure yet....
UNLESS GR GETS HIS FINGER OUT AND WE GET SOME DECENT NEWS....

if this does happen then GR should also give some detail on MNH... specifically, how much income PREM is now getting from it (lol!!!!). I think this is on the cards though... the 1st repayment is due and I don't think that they'll want to make the repayment. Historically, the loans to MNH have been smokescreens to buy more of it - I don't see it being any different this time.

It's the PREM drift... the longer that the silence goes on without any concrete news, the lower we'll go... the next positive news, I think, is not days away, it's weeks away... there's also the chance of some not so good news in that time or news that the market will not receive well (even though GR or many on here might think it's good news)... that's my rationale.
The sooner that GR can tell the market of some test results, the better!

Seems that I'm coming in for a bit of criticism for being "negative" -
for the record, I'm invested here... have been since 2017... I'll be holding until at least the publication of the DFS, subject to ongoing positive test results, but hopefully for a few years after that.
Long term this has the potential to bring life-changing money to those who have several thousand invested... (I think that could be classed as a positive statement)
Short term, there is too much ambiguity, a lack of focus on Zulu and a lamentable lack of progress (which has been a feature of PREM all the the time I've been invested).
The next turning point won't be until we get positive test results (later in Sept/Oct)... meantime, the sp will drift (unless folk are taken in with the ramping brigade). For the traders out there (and I'm not one of them), SP will fluctuate between 0.16 and 0.2 until first results arrive... AIMHO!

Vetta - if you're on a laptop or desktop, you should see a blue band above with POST and a downward arrow... click on that and it's straightforward from there. I don't know what it looks like on a phone!

Any endeavour consists of some risk... I'm simply highlighting some risks.
I suspect that you want to maximise your return here... part of that has to be assessing the risks....surely?
Just take a look at the 5 year chart for PREM and you can see the ups and downs... I first bought in at 0.6p... for me, the sp should never have dipped much below that but look where it went... you don't want to hear negatives so I'll not bother with the history.
I'm still here and still invested... take that as a positive!

Acker - it will be a major, major issue if we don't get a DFS that includes the EPO area... GR is then left with a fraction of the asset to negotiate with and the full value of Zulu won't be realised for years!
It really is a damning indictment that GR has not been clear on the scope and cost of the DFS and what the cost and impact of including the DFS area will be!

So hurtful to get the "Dear John" from Chuggley... I thought we were getting on famously and was planning a big future together! Back on the shelf for me.
Seriously Chuggley - I just want to see real progress. Unfortunately, it is lacking under GR's leadership.

Chuggley - as I said, prior to the EPO, GR did share the scope of the DFS and the cost. He has not stated anything different on either count so the scope and cost must be the same, i.e. for the pre-EPO area. He has said that he's doing work in the post-EPO area now but hasn't said anything about the cost of that or how it will be paid for.
I'm in agreement that the sp should be higher than it is for all sorts of reasons but, unfortunately, the main reason that it is where it's at is GR... he may well want to finish the DFS (to prove a point) but the market doesn't rate him or trust him (I won't repeat his previous shenanigans). So when he does a vague interview as he has just done on a subject that no-one is really interested in, it's not surprising that he gets criticised.
Just one small example which would make a huge difference to me (and others I suspect) - he should tell us that he's not sitting on all these drilling samples waiting for customs to release the test lab and that he's sent the samples off to the official lab and he should tell us when we can expect results.
Do you think he has sent any samples off yet?
There's a rather infamous picture of him doing just that 4 years ago(?) with a drilling sample on his head!

Chuggley - there's no published information or public statements to change the scope of the DFS or the cost so it's quite reasonable to assume that it doesn't include the post EPO area... I don't think Acker is lying or even attempting to mislead.
If the cost does include the post-EPO area (50+ times the pre-EPO area) then I'd think that GR would be shouting from the rooftops how he has managed to secure such a good deal!
You've assumed that the DFS started 2 months late but, because we don't know when it was due to start, I don't know where you got the 2 months from unless you're working back from the "late 2nd qtr 2022"? if it did start late then don't you think that GR was obliged to tell us that? And, if it started 2 months late, don't you think that GR would be telling us how he was going to make up the lost time? Someone has said that he's making it up as he goes along... you do have to wonder!

Chuggley - since we're on the subject of unambiguous statements, where is GR's unambiguous statement on the DFS timeline for both pre and post EPO areas?

It's also interesting that the last fundraise isn't included at all in the interview! GR clearly doesn't want to be pressed on that.

Chuggley - a genuine question. I've not seen anything from GR which states that the DFS cost includes the extended EPO area. The current costing was done some years ago (before the EPO was even applied for) so it's reasonable to assume that it is only for the pre-EPO area. Where have you seen that the DFS is for the extended area?
I don't believe that there is any statement from GR to categorically and unambiguously state this... for the life of me, I don't know why... I don't have an issue with an increased cost (some might but I don't)... I do have an issue with him not being unclear about it though.

the problem here is that GR has done another interview within a week with no new news of any significance apart from he is not in a position to give any testing results or to say when he can except a rather vague "soon". And that is despite him saying that the key to Zulu is the test results. What is the point about talking up OPEX and logistics (which aren't relevant for a couple of years yet) if GR can't get test results done?
As for seeing no slippage - we could all verify that if he had told us what the start and end date was but he hasn't... here's what I think will happen...
we might get some test results next month, probably October
the DFS scope, "timescale" and cost will be extended to cover the EPO area (no need to admit to slippage then!)
the next fundraise will be in October
the MNH loan will be converted to shares
there will be no news about RHA or Circum
And, of course, one has to ask why on earth he did another interview so soon without any new information... it escapes me!
For the record, Zulu will succeed in time but this will be despite GR rather than because of GR... the road there will be all the rockier and costly because GR is being backed by the group of 65 (looks like you, Snowking and Chuggley are in that group)... one has to wonder whether they're getting anything in return!

I'm afraid that this is another one of his clangers... there's no good news or detail but he does giveaway that he's not in a position to do any testing yet... even though he has said that the key thing is the testing! Disappointing!

I guess if JG was going to buy an extra 4% or 5% in PREM, the sp would be going through the roof.
What strikes me as really odd is that GR has managed to increase his holding (if the figures are correct) by 600+ million in the same period... I don't know where to get accurate figures but it appears that this amount roughly equates to the amount of new shares issued in that period...
Is it the case that GR has hoovered up the bulk of new shares issued or, in other words, has GR helped himself (ahead of anyone else) to a load of cheap shares?
Doesn't sit quite right if the person deciding on the price of new shares then buys them all?
I might have this completely wrong and happy to admit so... does anyone out there keep track of this?

Doesn't look as if he has shown much confidence in PREM and has allowed his holding to slip despite the dilutions at a lower price.
