waynesplash - some of us think the sp should be above 1p now... if you've not seen some of the work done by others (eg Tedoby) on how much lithium is in the ground then I strongly suggest that you read it. 1p should be achievable prior to the DFS. If all goes reasonably well with Zulu and PREM retains 100% ownership then this has the potential to reach 5p on Zulu lithium alone and then there are all the other precious metals to be identified.

Johnny, I wish I knew but I suspect that, rather than placing big buy orders and letting the market know what you're up to, he hoovers up the sells and also places smaller sell orders when the sp is moving up. I've been out of the FS industry for a good while now but I also suspect that there are very sophisticated bots now that can set a pattern of trading to change the direction of an sp. PREM is an ideal share to apply one of these because it's highly unlikely at this stage that you would have a competing bot running against you... of course, there's all sorts of other factors (including positive and negative updates) that can disrupt your process but it's possible if you've got the money.
Of course, it's also possible for a number of individuals working together to move the sp either way.

Chuggley - no, I want progress and communication.

We'll be getting some assay results later this month - tbh, not sure if that means they're from the onsite lab or the German one. This either means that the lab has been released from customs and is on site, or GR has already sent samples off for testing - either way, it's good news.

Let's hope we get a proliferation of news on Zulu for the rest of the year - a series of positive test results and more rigs should see the sp motor on to 1p.

As for the DFS for the EPO area, I think GR is looking for the sp to be much higher before we get a plan and costing for it (not unreasonable) or he might be reasonably thinking that he's got enough on his plate for the time being... hopefully, that sentiment would extend to RHA and MNH!

johnny - I reckon JG is in the market again buying and it appears from the last time that he has been able to keep the sp depressed so I don't see it being any different this time. If he wants to get to 10% then he needs to get a shake on... like you, I expect the test results to be good and JG won't be able to hold the sp back once we get the news.
We're due to get a half-year update at the end of the month... let's hope that we get something that is Zulu-focused... I reckon the MNH debt swap is priced in already and that news on an RHA deal will be neutral. It seems an appropriate time to do the next fundraising at the half-year for Zulu. What we don't want is any additional surprise projects!

I'm no expert, Edgy, but I think GR is simply saying that, as he has hinted before, there is more than just lithium down there. It's good news.

Good RNS... that's the kind of info and detail that we want. Very much looking forward to results later this month. Zulu is looking very good indeed and I expect GR must have a very smug look on his face this morning. Is this the turning point for the sp... I think so.

I thought it was quite balanced, johnny... not quite sure about how they've interpreted things but, as you say, good to get something positive.

Apparently, they're recommending PREM as a penny stock... sorry, I don't have the link but maybe someone else can post it.

I sincerely hope that he doesn't have the chance to mess Zulu up, speel. I do think that he needs to step aside - it will be in his and our interests for him to do so... if left to his own devices, the sp will continue to be held down because of the lack of testing results at Zulu and his dabbling in other projects. If, as we expect, we start to get test results (later in September/October), the sp should start to motor... ironically, as the sp increases, GR's position becomes less and less tenable... the stakes become higher and there will be serious investors who want a chunk of Zulu but don't want GR. I expect at the start of next year, thoughts will turn to the next stage, beyond DFS... will it be go it alone or a jv with a partner or a sale... can't see him going beyond this period but I'd like to see him go much sooner and when he has to come clean on the scope and cost of the DFS for the EPO area, I think he'll be under serious pressure.

Adam - can I congratulate on the most naive comment of the year?

Worryingly, the RNS doesn't give any indication on the current performance, etc and it also highlights their need for more funds beyond this additional loan... it seems that the existing off-take partner isn't keen on the idea and isn't willing to stump up (this speaks volumes).
MNH is supposed to be giving us income but it appears that we've received no income from it at all... ever. Happy to be proved wrong on this.
And it appears that MNH needs more funds to have a chance of providing that income...

Happhols - you have to ask why he didn't loan it direct to MNH or to loan it through Cambrian... why Prem?
I think it's because PREM is more likely to pay back Herbert than MNH is to pay back PREM.
PREM is a minority holder in MNH... why are we stumping up cash and looking for off-take partners... where are the holders of the other 80%?

What a mess! Why on earth are we getting more embroiled in this... Herbert could make the loan direct to MNH... wait a minute, MNH can't afford their loan repayments to us and this gets them off making any repayments until, well, your guess is as good as mine!
Looks even more likely that GR still wants to buy MNH... he's buying more time here in the hope that the Prem sp will be much higher in November. So much for buying income-bearing assets!!
And it is so, so frustrating that we're all waiting for bigger news on Zulu and here GR is distracted by a project that is doing zilch!!

Chuggley - if you've really paid so much attention to my posts then you are simply refusing to see the positives but you seem to be obsessing about alternative views to your own. I guess that you're not used to having some people challenge you.
FWIW, I have some confidence, in the end, that PREM will come good (despite GR) - meantime, there's a rocky ride ahead for the next few weeks.

Chuggley - I don't understand why you need to counter every alternative comment on here... we're all invested, I don't doubt that at all. You're simply taking out your frustration about the state of PREM on the rest of us... it wouldn't make an ounce of a difference to the sp if everyone on here was to start spouting constant positivity about PREM and GR.

Chuggley, I think you need to be careful that you don't come over as a simple positive spin merchant. I don't think that there's anyone here who is against "every last thing"... I think that's your frustration talking and taking your frustration out on some of us for presenting an alternative view is misdirected.

Chuggley - you seem to put the depressed sp solely down to "poor comms". To have good comms, you need some fundamentals to communicate about like a clear and sensible strategy, a (detailed) plan and good execution. To have all that, you need good leadership... I'm afraid that GR is probably spending most of his time checking out other dubious projects to spend our money on.

johnny - I get what you're saying...
JG has allowed his % holding to reduce over the last year and he's still not back to what it was yet. It's still surprising to me that someone can hoover up so many shares without the sp rising. If he's got more to buy (another 4%) then, without any other news, he's gonna keep the sp down as much as he can.
What I can say with some certainty is that nothing is ever as it seems - one has to wonder who is in cahoots with who... personally, I don't think that JG and GR see eye to eye!
