I don't mind if folks are trading - Acker has been quite open about that. He'll take advantage of the drops but possibly believes that, in the long term, the sp will recover (don't want to put words in your mouth, Acker).

The likes of Jaglith and Martinigirl are willing Prem to fail though... they absolutely want genuine shareholders to lose and suffer... to me that is repulsive... there's a certain kind of person who takes that approach to life. With Prem though, it is still alive and kicking after numerous claims that it demise was imminent... there are people who genuinely want it to succeed... not just on this forum but on site.

Personally, if Prem took the remaining 8b shares (only diluting by another 10% or so), it wouldn't be the disaster that some are suggesting. I suspect that GR wasn't going to get the support to do a placing given that GH's arrival was imminent.

Despite the constant posting of one doomster in particular, I'm still positive about Prem recovering.

Now that we're at 16/7, I'm hoping that we'll be hearing from GH soon.

No placing today and no sgm called. News to come later in the week. Shaping up nicely.

Anunnaki - you wouldn't know unless you'd been on this board for a long time that I'm actually from north of the border so any comment that implies that England equates to Great Britain doesn't go down well in these parts. There's a famous Clarkson video (that I can't put my hands on right now) where he lists all the things that Scots have invented/contributed, not just to the UK, but to the world... it's a very long list... have a look for it!

And GR is leaving - his role and influence has been diminished for months now.

And there's no placing this week. And there's no SGM called.

And yet, you are hoping and willing Prem to fail. Not only that, you want to convince others (out of your kind heart!) that the whole thing is doomed. You're the kind of guy that I'd be warning my grandkids to stay away from!

Jaglith - your misrepresentation of what is actually happening stopped being funny a long time ago. There are real professionals on-site who know what they're doing.

We're 1 or 2 days, if not hours away from an update on the testing and, imho, positive news will flow and we'll see a massive re-rate of the sp.

Mafs - I think the chances of Prem doing a placing before telling the market how the test is going is very low. Also, Glencore/Prem have only got a couple of weeks before they tell the market about what's happening with the LOI. Probably, it's slightly more probable that there'll be a placing in between the test RNS and the LOI RNS but, without a SGM, Prem can only dilute by 10%... not likely to have much of an impact on the sp.

Much more likely, IMHO, is that there will be some sort of deal where Glencore come on board and provide funding.

Wolf - before anyone jumps in with the current price of sc6, Glencore will be looking beyond this year and will understand that the price is expected to rise.

And, of course, there is the tantalum which I don't believe has been quantified yet.

Wolf - I agree. My guess is that Prem could probably wait until there is also the decision from Glencore on the LOI before they do anymore dilution. And, of course, it is not inconceivable that there is a deal to be made with Glencore on funding.

I think the drop from this morning's high is over so we should see an afternoon rally.

Cricket1 - this is a genuine recovery play with the action being taken at Zulu, the fixing of the plant, the appointment of a new CEO, the interest of a mining major (Glencore). Any suggestion that this is somehow some sort of backroom pump and dump is completely wrong!

Given the history, can't blame folks for taking profit - a straight line to 0.05p isn't going to happen and more turbulence expected.
