Rusty/iam only going on what the dog said about Peri,,whether or not they are a good fit,is for our management to decide,,so far they have done a great job,,,Peri has a m/cap of 350M so about half our size on paper,,Peri has the Nasdaq listing and according to the dog,is well undervalued

add our cash,,your looking at 200M,,enough to give you a nice warm feeling,,but not enough to buy the likes of Peri
