S/N/N,,i bought into Blinkx back in the day at 180p,,i didnt do any research into it,,i was persuaded by Mick Lynch,,as it happens its turned out well in the end,,more luck then judgement,,I agree it is looking good now,,i will trim in the next tax year,,but i hope to keep a chunk forever

Smiley/ you are dead right,,thats why i have never felt comfortable here or with tech stocks,,this is the only tech stock i have and it will be my last,,Buffett never touched tech for the same reason,,although he as now bought Amazon and Apple mainly because they have some sort of moat around them,,basically iam an old git and i dont understand it!!

S/N/N,,the"Zulu Principle" is still in print,,its a classic,,its aimed at small growth shares,,Jim was well known in the 70s in the City,,his son Mark started the Slater fund about 20 years ago,,using his dads philosophy,,when i check the RNSs on the LSE site in the mornings,i always look at what Mark is buying

s/n/n,,,,winstanley, was asking whether he should trim not sell out,,One of the worst mistakes investors make is to sell out too early,,but to trim on the way up,,is like buying a bit of insurance(hedging)

S/N/N your right just put in a 15000 sell(just testing)and they wanted to deal at 498p,,normally you cannot sell over 10000 in one go,,so theres a big demand,,Rusty,,i forgot about the TRMR dilution

your right rusty,,Blinkx got up to 220p in old money,,so £22 for TRMR

winstanley/ i forgot, get in the habit of reading the RNS which come out at 7am,,you can see who is buying what

Winstanley/ i spend hours everyday researching/reading,,i bought my first share in 1975 ,,its a different world now you have google,youtube and hundreds of books on investing,,study the greats Buffett/Munger/Peter Lynch and theres many others,,be lucky

Winstanley/i dont want to sound like Dominic Cummings,,but you need a strategy when investing,,its like robbing a bank,it no good breaking in without a exit plan,,Even big long term investors find it hard to judge when to sell,,its all about managing risk,,and we have different horizons age ect,,If i was you i wouldnt sell until after the results on March31st,,i expect them to beat forecasts and to go to £6,,Also if you sell have you got your eye on something else or will you wait in cash for a market correction
