looking at the trades,,it looks to me,a broker is filling a sell out by one of the major shareholders,probably the Arabs

It would be easy for ii to manipulate the SP,by selling say 2%,waiting for the market reaction and buying back 10% cheaper, They dont do that,no one seems to know the dark world of the Market makers,Brokers and Algorithms. Value investing is all about buying quality companies at a good price. This is a quality company,volatility in the SP gives you an opportunity to buy at a good price

toli/i dont buy your conspiracy theory and i cant see a big bounce back up to £100 soon, In my opinion its going to take some time to digest Refinitiv ,until that happens and it is proven to be successful the SP will be under pressure

thats why the directors have been buying,probably a guilt thing

Mary/ you were right i missed a zero,should have read 3500. Like you i sold out of AZN too early at £48, Now i would say is a good entry point,dont go mad,about 10%,,then keep adding on the way down

Zara/it could keep going down,the market definitely doesnt like the Refinitiv deal,it could go down to 350p. i doubt it,the HKEX would come back in with a bid. In hindsight they should have accepted the HKEX deal

the directors buying hasnt stopped the SP falling,maybe the market sees it has desperation buying,as the the directors did the deal on the acquisition

maybe the best option is to increase the buyback. The number one priority must be a Nasdaq listing,while we remain on Aim,we will remain "undervalued".

the likes of you and me would never be included in any shorting list,with a company of this size..Shorting is a dangerous game to play,i have only tried it once and it didnt end well, I see nothing wrong in shorting,i would love to short Tesla and Uber but havnt got the bottle,,It amaze me our some are so interested in daily movements of the SP,to me you buy at a price you like and sell at a price you dont like

It makes sense to delay the results,it give them the opportunity to buy back at these prices,because if the results beat expectations,we could get a big rise in the SP

compared to our peers,i think the SP has held up well
