the company I don't believe will go under,but will not survive as they are so id say a merger of some sort and re financing and raise some much needed money,they can not carry on as they are.

my gut feeling is there is a huge funding on the way along with some news possible regarding a merger,us small investors will be washed away,reason 4 drop,believe they are really tight 4 money and need much more financing all ready in dept with oxford capital 4 over 6 million pounds

Ironveld has been informed by Sylvania Platinum that the Section 11 applications to transfer the Iron mining rights from HACRA and Pan Palladium to Ironveld's HW Iron and Lapon subsidiaries have been submitted to the Department of Mineral Resources ("DMR").
