AIM-listed Inspirit Energy (INSP) has a pressing issue to deal with. For it seems that it has received a notice for compulsory strike-off - see HERE. The filing of this is dated 8 December 2015, although the actual document is not yet showing on the free Companies House web service so we don't yet know why it has been served. But a glance HERE suggests that it may be because the company is now eight months late in filing its Annual Return. Shareholders in the boiler-room might wish to consider whether this is the sign of a well-run company. Indeed, if the matter is not resolved quickly, shareholders could find themselves holdiing worthless paper: should the company be struck off the register then it is game over.

great news but appears to be taking much longer than anticipated, now has to go to Enertek International ("Enertek"), 4 further testing 4 six weeks in the middle of January,so will be into second half of the year b4 any commercial trials,still some time away b4 any income

john guns more in charge than dave,still feel this stock will come good with this boiler,im sure there is a funding due,but as I said b4 believe the manufacturer could fund much of this company,

Gunn noted that after achieving fantastic milestones after entering the AIM market, the Inspirit Charger is now fit-for-purpose and ready to move into the production process as soon as it achieves the gas safety certification. He added that the Charger produces 15 Kilowatts of thermal and 3 Kilowatts of electricity at a 92% rate of efficiency. Gunn continued that the appliance has a greater application throughout energy uses providing benefits to the consumer of a boiler and grid independence if necessary. He finished by expressing that within 4 years they expect to be producing 25,000 boilers a year and achieve earnings in the range of 15-17 million pounds a year. thought that interview re assured many investors, reason 4 rise, could drift back, if so I will be buying more, as 4 news flow im sure there will be positive updates this year regarding testing and field trials and validation from Enertek, possible licence agreements,

believe the company has a value of 4.2 million pounds,if they can keep to these figures then surly the share price has to be in well in excess of 2p by early next year

don't be naïve,all directors are confident in there companys,they have to be,still feel he will pull this off,but still high risk

ok good luck with other investments understand where your coming from, believe much of the fall is due to raising of further capital which worrie the markets, but I firmly believe that much of the funding will possible come from the manufacturer, reason for share price rise, DL as hinted of this of late, pure guess work, lets wait and see,im sure an update possible early next week
