Not necessarily, dependant on the volume, the MM will keep a float of shares. When you sell it generally will go into the MM's stock. Pretty much the reason you can only move to a SETS order book when you have the volume, as otherwise it would be near impossible to buy or sell.
RMS not RNS, LOL, RNS on the brain.
All depends on the buy volume, if the volume is there at 2 and covering those people then it does not matter.
Look at RNS, higher highs on the last peak and blew through every level where you would think people who were locked in would have sold.
Answer to your question is, in here for the long haul until I at least see 6p or the end of next year and then will reassess.
Might try to trade and get holding growth on the way up, but might just hold tight and absorb the dips if I don't feel confident enough timing it. Trying to actually judge what is overbought and how much legs a leap up has left in it is not a science and very easy to get wrong.
@pops1980 if UFO reaches Β£1.90, I will retire to my own private island.
BZT was my least finest moment a week ago. Timed my exit perfectly from 5k at 0.32 to 0.44 and then got FOMO and put back in 2k at 0.45 and sold it at 0.39.
Difference for me is BZT and RMS were trades, as I don't really fundamentally believe enough in the underlying business. Where as UFO I am invested, as I can see the path to success.
neilmc83 indeed, the psychology to buy back in changes as well.
Same here, but truth be told, hindsight is a beautiful thing, especially with charts.
Had just come out of another share and it had done an identical thing, weird how you react when greed comes into play. Lead me to being an assassin with RMS and jumped in at 2.3 and got out at 4.3, bigger gains could have been had, but was happy with the result.
It's all lessons, most expensive private education around!
I like to steady my nerves sometimes by going over previous shares that have done well and having a look through their journey. Here is GGP on the journey to where it is now,

Point is, there is always a pull back. It is not the death of a share, just a healthy consolidation in a new range.
Everyone knows the saying "time in market beats market timing", the problem I have found with stocks, is it's one thing knowing it and a much harder thing actioning it.
pops1980 don't think I mentioned a JV for Greenland. I said 'something for Greenland'.
I am generally not factoring Elizabeth Hill or Greenland into any of my rationale at the moment.

So much good news already on the way, What am I missing?
Might dip out and in if it goes into over bought, but am here for at least a year now.
Aliens business model of doing the exploration side and then letting others take on the mining risk is perfect in my eyes, allowing them to role profits into new ventures with very little downside.
Just like @chris2, trump's aim is not to win right now, but gain entry in the next election by spreading misinformation and create doubt.
Just cracks me up, as @Chris2 sold out at nearly the absolute bottom when every indicator was screaming it was oversold. Now trying to get an entry by trying to talk with some form of conviction on something he knows absolutely zero about.
@Chris2 the volume today literally says completely the opposite, not a traders share at all. If you fancy one of those, go play with RMS or NIO.
ha ha Chris2 is locked out, thats the way it goes.
0752neil trading view is the best I have found so far.
Considering Rio are literally next door, it will probably be Rio.
Considering windfield is the joint owner and also owns a stake, I don't think that should be too big a barrier.
