Sorry PSK I'm not taking the **** did I ask a daft question? Very very new to trading and just trying to figure stuff out. Sometimes asking questions to people who know what's what is easier than digging stuff out online etc.

With the Dow being up by a large amount today does the ftse usually follow suit the next trading day? If so how come? Sorry for all the questions but I just want to learn what's what.

I don't think its a good sign when companies this large, who specialise in this kind of business are willing to risk huge sums of money to bet against this share price without good reason. I would love to know what they know.

Does this mean that Naya capital think that RR Is overvalued? And the share price should be lower in their opinion?

So this Naya capital are going to borrow shares in RR and sell them at 74p in the hope the share price goes down, then buy the same number of shares at the lower price and give them back to broker and keep the difference in price? If this is the case then does this company know something we don't? It seems really risky especially when there will be company data on the 3rd of November I hear?

Hi PSK forgive my ignorance but is "Increased their short on the 18th new position at 74p" good news for rolls? I don't really understand this term, even googling it does not help lol.

I am very new to investing and a short while ago I came across this forum and went through all the comments trying to learn bits of snippets here and there. I saw a lot of positive comments and decided to buy 10k shares at 80.6 thinking what a super buy this was. Over a short period of time I watched this price go down and down.
The reason I bought these shares is because of certain 'rampers' (I have only just found out what this means) on here convinced me (being a newby) to buy.
Lesson learned, stop listening to rampers and do my own research.

So all the people selling today at 74 will be buying again tomorrow for less than 70p perhaps.....
I am new to all this.

Are RR shares being sold at a loss? Why the Hell r these shares dropping like this? Its a joke, OK I only have 10k at 80.5 but everytime I look they r dropping!
