The last results was nowhere near this break even point even with the backlog. So whats going on? Big rns silence from the company is worrying as they have aim rules to follow on share price sensitive information, never mind non disclosure agreements, you can still disclose orders without naming a company - as they have done in the past.

Janoz recons shurter are in for a buyout and with no permanent cfo, it could be a clue? I prefer it to the unlikely scenario of break even.

I think capxx have got to be very careful if they have cracked the formula for coating a product that allows it to be protected from heat during reflow oven process.

Not only would it be groundbreaking tech for supercaps but other components would benefit. Would you say its a multi billion dollar patent? I would. So how easy would it be for another company to steal the IP? Capxx are a micro company and can probably be taken over very easily for peanuts. They could be tied up in court for years and who would pay for it? Us....

The day capxx release the rns to say smt components are now available for sale in bulk is the day that capxx will sky rocket. It means they developed the binder to change the way heat sensitive components can now be put through a reflow oven, I.e. super high volume manufacturing with a world first leading compound patent.

Downside here is if they get bought out under a penny! Can't see it though, as DH and GC wont stand for that...

It would be fantastic if it did have a capxx cap on board. But would the supercap need to be ultra thin and smt? Ultra thin because of the tech and smt because of the volume?

It would have looked damn suspicious if DH invested and 2 months down the line game changing news cane out. Imo he knew it was going to take some time.

I cant see DH and GC being happy with a low take over offer. I dont know what DH average is but im guessing its quite a bit hight than where we are now. He must be seriously under water.

Why has there been no rns released with the loss of the rgo contract? It is after all relevant to capxx and us share holders. This silence is a joke.

A raise could be on the cards, depends on the sales and what they paid for Ionic and imagines plant/equipment and IP. I am presuming capxx are the preferer buyers, offer accepted in February so if capxx are the buyers where is the rns?
