Its about time they issued some news on the smt dmv caps! Mid Feb 2023 it was big news, so what's been the issue? 2 years later we dont know if the performance matches the data sheets.

Thats absolute rubbish NF. Do some proper research on the finances to date, like what they have now, what the monthly cash burn is, what was the outgoings EARLY 2025 and what their outgoings were LATE 2025. How much the monthly cash burn dropped, how long will the money they have now last?

Even if they buy the ionic industries patents capxx are still in a good cash position.

Don't get me wrong NF, all the above is fine but i do understand we really need to see some big sales, not just treading water for this company to survive.

Questions need answers, but look at what we have.

International conglomerate albeit in the background.

Large personal investments especially from DH and GC

Lower monthly cash burn compared to early 2025.

Increased bookings and billings.

Yes, i get the feeling the SP is being propped up as well.

I always seem to top up at the wrong time as yesterday I paid just under 0.24 🙃

Got to say though that this no news/can't say stuff is starting to pi*ss me off here.

At the end of the day its sales that will drive this SP to rerate and not just spike on news. February is going to be shi*t or bust me thinks.

Yeah, quite a few sold this morning

First, news on how much they paid for ionic patents, hopefully a good price. Second, news on international conglomerate. Third, our patent news. Forth, a placing for operational reasons as the cash will run out by August 2026.

Let's hope they have some big orders lined up and scrap forth......

Depends how many are traded off market. A lot would be a bad sign in my opinion. Where would this info be available publicly?

Its all well and good imo to delete/not answer question that are patent sensitive, but to delete/not answer legitimate questions on past/current orders is a very big red flag to me.

Our ONLY glimmer of hope here is the buying confidence of two investors!

Yeah, what a shame. This was a definite high risk share, especially with the low liquidity due to such a high number of shares being owned by one company.

Im not sure how much of this was already baked into the SP but its still very good news for us. The defence side is a solid investment going forward.

Im so glad about the share buyback in January, it should prop up the SP until results minimising further drops. It would be a disappointment to get a stellar financial year and forward guidance only to see the sp reach this year's highs.

This SP is being propped up by DH, if he was not here the price would be just above the last placing price imo. Especially with the last set of results.

He has bided his time over months and bought as low as he can, and, I suspect he is still buying. If the sells dry up will he buy at a higher price? I'm not sure.

I would have thought that at the last agm he would have been offered a place on the board but no, why? Perhaps then he really would be on the inside and the buying would stop. Why is he still buying? Is he being greedy? I would say 10% of a company is enough for any investor? But to carry on accumulating, what's his motive here? I really do find it a bit strange tbh. He is seen in public with capxx management which i think is wrong by the way.

What's your thoughts on this anyone?
