Had an e mail from company with news that says that they are preparing for a public listing in the US.

Hopefully soon.

Imo the waiting will be worth it.

An rto can take as little as 30 days up to 6 months.

If it happens should be the smaller time frame.

Alba bank could be up and running well before Christmas.

Over 30% would trigger a compulsory offer situation.

Should be very interesting to say the least.

Would have been better if they could have been clearer on this.

Once a bank of course they take deposits and borrow money in the market to then lend to businesses at a much higher interest rate than they will pay to depositors.

If the whole £25 million is required that would need to be at about .0042p a share so not much difference from the share swop price.

We would of course then control own about 50% of Albaco and the bank.

Looking to the future we would of course be entitled to 50% of the profits and any dividends.

Could have saved all this wasted time and dilution.

A loan from him would have been sorted in no time at all at a preferable rate of interest.

A consolidation to say 20p a share would probably be about the limit.

Correct me if I'm wrong but about a 500 to 1 consolidation would be required.

Looking ahead the larger the stake the better imo.

Let's say our total investment is £20 million.

How much could that be worth in a few months from now.

Also the percentage of the bank that we will own should have a bearing on our share price.

The market usually looks months if not years ahead so anything possible as far as the sp goes.
