All resolutions passed.

AGM result on 13.08.2023 was announced at 1.20pm so still plenty of time today.

Result cannot be made until end of meeting.

It could be lots of questions being answered etc.

Should all be done electronically so not like counting ballot papers at the election.

Many are constantly putting this share down, I admit to a few negative posts myself.

Agreed but you can have net current liabilities and are solvent purely on account of the share premium account.

Take the intangible assets out of the accounts and we are insolvent.
