That has been the problem no updates since the licence imminent rns a few months back.

Albaco have stated in their last accounts that if the licence is not in place soon they will consider a formal winding up of the company which will mean our £1 million investment is lost.

I hope this is sorted soon as I have many tens of millions shares here and want it to succeed as do many other shareholders.

If licence isn’t granted this time could be in the teens very soon.

So it seems all the board and members of staff are being paid just waiting for the licence to be granted.

The RNS of 27.06.2025 states that they would have to raise a minimum £6 million if they became an investment company. They will hopefully be a producer of gas etc so hopefully a much smaller raise will be required.

Just him swapping his albaco shares for Caledonian shares.

He wouldn't have done the deal if he thought the licence wasn't forthcoming (imminent).
