Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
In four years they can hardly say they have made progress. Changed the company name spent all the millions from legacy asset sales and seen the sp get lower and lower.
It can't slip into quarter 3 unless longstop date gets extended.
Imo with income due by end of year they may do us a favour if it reverts back to our ownership.
Thanks for info.
Completely forgot.
I thought they had to be reported within 4 months of the year end.
That would make the deadline today.
Although can’t be much to report.
Looked on website.
They have a contract to build at least 400 houses.
Looking better for a potential ipo and monetisation of the investment
for return to shareholders.
Hope so.
We of course still own our 8% stake in kiliwani north. Some helium one shares still I think.
Gone quiet on the corellan stake sale.
If for some reason the sale doesn't go through any monies owed could be repaid from gas sales later this year. Imo if sale didn't happen the shares would get a boost and a raise could also be done with less dilution.
Only 9 weeks to longstop date.
Carry on posting then.
I was under the assumption that production was being fast tracked to the end of this year.
We should therefore get our money much quicker.
If you are avoiding this share why continue posting about.
I think I've lost enough but worth a thought
2p would be great.
But really need 10p to break even.
Has to be soon.
Cash must be very short by now
Would do so but not with an instant 15% loss at least due to the horrendous spread.
Hi Thompson.
Companies can be reinstated at minimal cost, however, I don’t think they would bother as the company has not been trading.
We hold the nxt shares which hopefully can be monetised and the proceeds returned to shareholders.
I must admit I am most disappointed with the outcome instigated by the directors but with money all but gone they really had no other choice.
At least shareholders should get something back.
I have calculated that for every £1 million the shares are worth it would mean a return of about £300 for every million shares held. I have seen some figures on the website that have subsequently disappeared that would value our shares at about a million aus dollars or about £500k.
Of course if the ipo goes ahead this could increase substantially.

Updated website more into housebuilding at last.
Split into current and future work.
Imo there must be an ipo soon.
600 shares or a portion of chips still can't decide.
Mentioned that they are hoping to close the Ruvuma sale in the next couple of months.
Hope they do because that is basically all the time they have got until the longstop date.
