Currently $6020 aus an ounce.
My figures were based on 10g of gold per ton of ore. Until the ore is extracted no one knows realistically knows the profit margin. A lot of course depends on the spot gold price at the time of sale.
Great post. Processing etc will probably be about $1200 to $1500 an ounce so they will be quite pleased making at least $1500 on every ounce extracted. A very good deal for all involved imo.
Well over £100k a load value of gold. Not sure how many truck loads a day could be done?
Would get very interesting at 10g a ton.
Readingthe RNS it seems that mega are paying all the upfront costs for a 50% share of the profit. The share of profit will far exceed their costs so we get 20% from the first day of production.
They take their costs as they go. If an underground mine can be producing in under two years then an opencast mine can be producing in five months.
I thought it was an open cast mine. Scoop up the ore and load onto trucks then on to be processed into gold.
As long as they know where the higher grade ore is. Should be a relatively quick route to mining it. Months not years That is the reason for this drilling. Imo with all licences in place first gold in under a year.
We must hope that the assay results show gold much higher than .4g to.6g a ton.
Can’t believe our mc is under £6 million. Worth many times that on the Thar block alone. Mustn’t forget the Hydrogen gold and copper projects. Vastly underrated here imo.
Thanks for that. So still on for early November. Other news regarding other projects also due. Exciting times ahead.
He is saying 5 to 6 weeks for results RNS this morning seems to differ with early November being mentioned.
Didn’t realise gold fell 6% today so probably something to do with the sp not really reacting to this mornings RNS.
IDs on the way it seems new ID rules for running companies filing documents etc. Maybe they are looking in the wrong direction to combat fraud etc.
Good news flowing and yet sp still falls and fails to hang on to any gains. Something not right. Needs investigating.
This will go on until the revised hopefully much higher grades are announced. So much news regarding the gold and other projects to come. Can and should rerate big time.
They said early November so would expect in about two weeks time. Hopefully with some very big grade samples. Anything over 5g per tonne would go down very well with the market
Over five years old but still highly relevant.
Moving at last. .050 to buy. Hope it goes higher today.
