thankyou libero but this is only the start for this stock the big prize is the sale of the surplus property that the company is in the process of selling at the moment.
my research shows that the value of the land is well above the 10m that is in the accounts but even if it is correct 10m would equate to 60p per share and would expect to see the majority of this to be paid to shareholders in a special divi some time next year. please dyor

hi libero can i humbly suggest that you buy your shares before the end of this month as i truly believe that the divi will be reintroduced in the next update and the same thing will happen that happened to RBN it will shoot straight up and then you will have missed the boat jmho good luck.

i took my car insurance with saga this year as i liked the 3 year policy but after a week i asked how much it would cost to add my 35 year old son in law to the policy so that he could drive it on the rare occasions that we went out together he has a clean license and been driving for over 15 years they quoted me more than double the policy price which i told them was an absolute joke!!! and i will not be renewing my policy next year with saga.
i also have looked at this stock but can find no positives to add it too my portfolio.
however i have found loads of reasons to buy direct line and have built a nice holding in that. dyor.

yes its a small aim stock but it is a honest company which is over 100 years old .
if you can be bothered to do some research you will find that within the next 12 months you will receive a special divi of up to 50-60% from the sale of surplus property that the company has owned for years dyor it is worth it. LIFE IS GOOD DYOR.

i agree the divi will be reinstated at the next results this is one of the reasons i bought into this stock after the divi was cancelled .for no other reason than keeping on the right side of the BOE.
i have doubled my holding today after buying in at 2.66 and 2.71 today this really is a no brainer in my opinion. dyor. have never recommended any of my other stocks but will just on this one rare occasion mention a small local company that i have been in for 2 yrs because they have also just reinstated there divi of 5.5p per year today see rns this is a rock solid small company that always pays a good divi but the big call is the surplus land that they own and is currently in the process of being sold and will result in a special divi in the region of 50-60p imho you can ignore me but i suggest you do some research first the share is less than £1 and ticker is RBN dyor.

the whole market is panicking you are not in a bookies having a bet on a horse race that gives you instant gratification or despair this is an investment in a company .
which upon when making your investment you believed that you were backing a winner. what has changed ???

commercial landlords have been charging 10% per year rent for decades the most greedy sods on the planet well now they are getting there noses rubbed in it.
nobody wants there overpriced grotty buildings that they do nothing to maintain charge a fortune for and expect the tenant to maintain there property for them screw them i say.
they are nothing but a bunch of pariahs.

i think you are only trying to convert the converted i bought in at 2.66 and am very confident that i will see 3.50-4.00 by xmas but that will be on the condition that the divi is restored to its previous position. many of the top 250 will not be able to achieve this and that is why i believe that this stock will become a safe haven for many share holders and divi collectors . jmho.

i have avoided all banks during this period although i believe that they are cheap at these prices
i have come to the conclusion that there are so many other stocks that are also cheap and will recover quicker than the banks.
banks will be faced with bad debts from both companies and private accounts over the next 1-2 years which will delay the divi being reinstated and these factors will hold the sp down.
i expect that the sp of barcs will still be low 12-18 months from now and then i will buy if i am right if not so be it just my opinion dyor.

no surprises in todays figures ft100 will be down below 6000 this morning and recover most of it this afternoon.
dont panic with this stock it is fine.
although think banks & oil stocks will take a hit. dyor

10 mins later all shake shares sold now people will be paying more to get back in mm are very crafty easy money i never put auto stops in.

this stock just cannot miss this year.
my personal opinion is that the divi will be returned at the half year results when the board has a clear picture . and that would drive the sp straight back up to 350-400 as there will still be loads of other stocks that will not be paying a divi at all ie- banks etc = more investors here.

i cannot see how this company cannot have great half year results with people hardly using there cars- vans etc for weeks very small amount of accidents or breakdowns etc.
many shareholders here are divi collectors and if the divi is returned at half year as i predict it will all those investors will return and sp will be 3.50 imho .

i follow many stocks and was considering buying back into this now that the country is opening up again but have been waiting for the delayed report ie still delayed.
you might not like my comments but you cannot argue that this mornings 2 rns were not good.
