I have only just found this stock and am going through my research as i always do before investing.
the cfo leaving in such a short time is a red flag to me.
also that they will almost certainly have to do another fund raise in the near future.
anyway i will continue my research.
I'm happy with the results.
considering the state of the world economy at the moment this is a solid performance with plenty of upside to come as the economy recovers.
look forward to seeing further aquisitions in the near future.
i am adding.
You are doing the right thing.
full year trading ends on last day of march and prelimary results statement will be announced in mid - april which will confirm that results are ahead of market expectations.
i expect a full year dividend to be announced in the full year results for the first time in many years this will drive the S.P to 50p plus. this will enable the company to raise further funding for aquisitions and further growth.
exciting times in my humble opinion.
Totally disagree with you suggest you look again at the statement made in the rns on the 19/12/23.
the fact is we gave up approx 9% of our shares to support the share price after recieving the special dividend.
now you are probably right to say that not everyone would have understood this action .
but the fact is there is now 9% less shares on the market than there was before the dividend was paid and in theory the consolidation should have supported the sp just like a share buyback programme would do.
as for the loss of earnings from the sale of the russian assests that had been baked into the sp long ago .
and one other thing for you to say that others on here do not understand that a dividend is deducted from the bottom line is nothing but arrogance on your part.
It seems to me that the market has not understood the consolidation and is discounting the dividend.
i have just worked out that if i was to buy the same amount of shares back to where i was at the current market price it would take all my dividend cash leaving me no gain.
so if the plan was to keep the sp the same through the consolidation process it has failed.
