Last time I looked at this share they were in no debt and had £100M in the bank (a while back). Can anyone update me on this cash amount and what it is now? Thanks.

can anyone tell me how many shares will be in issue if the deal to buy the 99p stores goes through. theres currently 250 million in issue. thanks for any help.
